XYZ Turns it "Inside Out" with their debut album!!!
I could never figure out what record producers/labels of the late 80s and early 90s were thinking. 80s hair metal was "punching them in the face" with kick-ass riffs, wicked solos, and awesome ballads. Bands like XYZ,TESLA,RATT,L.A.GUNS,MOTLEY CRUE,SKID ROW,TORA TORA,JUNKYARD,ect. paid the labels bills probably for the rest of there crummy lives and this is how they repaid them..."80s hair metal's out, grunge/crap is in". Thanks for the shaft music industry!!! Sorry for venting readers,back to the album. XYZ kind of came out of nowhere but make no mistake they are very talented. Songs like Maggy, Inside Out, Come on N' love me, Take what you can,and Souvenirs are pure masterpieces. The entire album is a classic that's why it's been reissued.If you don't have XYZ in your collection you are missing out on great music. If you are an 80s hair metal fan purchase this album "XYZ" it will bring back memories and old feelings of your passing days. Not to mention it will rock your socks off!!! I loved the guitar riffs and melodic harmonies, great combination kept the whole album flowing.

Good debut album !!!!
Good album. I think these guys were produced by Don Dokken so I can hear the hooks in there that have a Dokken like feel. Just seemed like XYZ was caught up in a sea of hair bands that seemed to just wash out one another. The guitar player is really good but I would liked to have heard him cut loose more. Still, I liked this band back in the day and it was cool to pick up this album and it brings the "good ole days" to listen to bands like these guys.

Like to see them get back for an encore album
I can"t believe I missed these guys in there day!! I now have all there cd:s and can"t stop listening to them!!! This band blows lots of bands in this era out of the universe!! Like to see them get back for an encore album!! Crank it up LOUD and PROUD!!!!
