The system is very easy to install, comes with everything you need. The video quality is great which is important to be able to see every detail when reviewing footage. Remote access is super easy to use, I love it!!

The manufacturer is very quick in response and very accommodating. The recording quality on these cameras is exactly what I was looking for and I love that I can replay any day at any time. The app is also very easy to use. Thank you for this product and the even better service!

2nd update: Have had nothing but problems with this system. In the last 18 months since I purchased this product. At first customer service pretended to try resolving issues. I have spent over 20 hours troubleshooting the system and was then treated like I was trying to get something free from them. My latest issue was the cameras began malfunctioning and eventually died. I was told my purchase was past the one year warranty even though I have been in constant contact with them since 6 month after installing the system. Terrible product, terrible company, terrible customer service.Don’t wast your time or money. If I could take that 1star away, I would.Update: I have given up on this system. Still a great system just for viewing but an absolute zero on the detection/alarm side. Have had 2 cameras go offline . We have spent hours setting up the detection zones and still getting numerous alerts for rain, bugs and wind. We even blocked out the entire camera zone and still get human detection hits! After a year of replacing drive units and the constant hassle of false alarms, I’m done.These camera have great quality, easy to install but alerted too often for non existent motion and vehicle detection. I wasn’t able to use the privacy blocking feature to stop these false alarms. I contacted customer service and they immediately began working with me to resolve my issue. Shortly after they sent an upgraded NVR( system control box) and Wow!!!! what a difference! Easy to install, upgraded mobile app, easy access to camera controls, very easy to set up privacy areas at each camera and no false alarms. This company went above and beyond to help us with all of our issues. I feel satisfied that if I have issues in the future, one email to them will help resolve them.

I can’t see vehicle tags with this system. Probably 20 feet away and not able to see tags. They work fine for security. I feel like the app could be easier to navigate. Also more features would be nice like editing time to standard not military. I’m overall satisfied but I may upgrade to a more capable cctv

It's been a solid system and easy to use, but 2 of my cameras have gone black and are still recording but just a black screen. Does anyone have any idea how to fix our reset a single camera I have done From.Unplug it, plug it, let it sit unplugged.reset The whole system etc.

I could not be more happier with a great security system as I am now. This night vision is perfect. I can see clear and far with no problems. I'm a 100% happy and will always use this brand for my secure need of safety for my family and referred to my friends.
