PomStream Battery Operated Salt or Pepper Mill and Grinder with Adjustable Grind Level, Transparent Ingredient Window and LED Light (Black - Single Pack)

Instructions were't clear as to how one opens the chamber that holds the pepper. It's also not very obvious which part of the grinder you have to remove and so I ended up separating the wrong part by mistake and ripping the battery wires off the motor in the process. As for the actual function of grinding pepper, it works but the motor is slow so I have to hold the button a while. I'd say it dispenses pepper about as fast and in the same amount as the average hand-cranked pepper grinder.

The grinder performs well but has a horrible power switch. The switch can be activated by even the slightest bump, if you set it down to hard it will start to grind. You must use a very light touch when using it or it wont turn off. That said the ceramic grinding burrs seem to be high quality.

The pepper mill works fine . The first thing you need to do is figure out how to open the battery compartment. There are no instructions of any kind sent with this mill/grinder. Shame on you Pomstream

It's very noisy, and a little weak/fragile. Nice sleek design, but personally I don't think it's worth it. The light that came with it stopped working almost immediately. Good concept, but poor execution.

grinds well

Returned. The product looks good but doesn't functional well. I bought this to use with pink salt and it would either freeze up on a rock or just let them all thru. The grinder is made of plastic so spend a few extra dollars and get something better

This pepper mill operates as expected and is a true value for the price. Grinds well and the light is a bonus. Product was received in excellent condition. Very satisfied with the purchase.
