Wedgwood Gio Round Serving Bowl

We recently bought place settings of the everyday china and love it. Decided to get this piece to leave on the counter to set bananas and things on. I love how it looks.

It is a beautiful set. I have the rest of the set and was just looking to expand it. Unfortunately, the bowl arrived split in half. All other pieces were in great shape and well packaged. I was very surprised, but have tried reaching customer service to only be on hold forever with no reply.

I did not unpack all the dishes until kitchen remodel complete. One of the bowls is broken and there is no option to return. Not that I want to pack up an entire box of 4 compete place settings to return. I would like the individual bowl to be replaced.

Exactly what I wanted

Found the Wedgwood Gio collection on Amazon after I saw it in a store, it would have taken 4-6 weeks to arrive, but Amazon delivered within 2 days and at a slightly lower price. One of the bowls arrived broken and I was able to get a credit for the one bowl after numerous attempts through the Chat function. I’ll now go and buy one bowl at the store which sells them. The dinnerware is beautiful, sturdy, but not heavy.

Description was very misleading and so this is why I have sent the item back for a full refund

This not a 16 piece setting as stated. It is a 4 piece setting
