I have consumed Brahmi when I was a teenager. That improved my memory, cognition, analytical and logical skills at a very young age. For people who talk about froth and foam, this is not Rasna or Tang in terms of mixability. This is a herb and will be a herb, which should be used like one. Now coming to the effects. I am six feet tall and weigh 75kg. 1. A dose of 500mg is knocking me out in a good way. So I suggest you not to take Brahmi before driving or at least wait for 90 mins. You will feel a bit drowsy when you take the right dosage. But this effect will wear off. 2. Very very relaxed. Like very calm in the head. All the things that bother me have dissipated. Period. The same feeling I have experienced when I took Brahmi as a teenager. 3. Strong memory recall from the third day itself. Feels like my original self. 4. Stiffer erections as it strengthens the nervous system as well. So be careful before giving it to kids. Minimum dosage will be fine. Overall I am satisfied and recommend Brahmi over Ashwagandha for reducing stress, improving cognition and deep thinking. If you are worried about anhedonia, always pair it with Gokshura in either 1:1 or 1:2 ratio. Gokshura being more.

I have been looking for various brahmi company that sells the powder of brahmi. And I think this is the best under budget. I have ordered this for my mother. And she is satisfied. And yeah after taking it you may feel a little bit dizzy so you should not work immediately after taking it. Take it in the morning and take a break for 1 hr after taking it. It has affects and you can feel it after using it.

Good product

I used it first time, it has very bitter test, acts as laxative. Whenever I take it, results in loose motion. Brahmi should not have this test & results. .
