Favorite incense!
I love the smell of this incense, it is my favorite!! This bulk pack of 200 is a great value to me. They arrived in great condition and come with a small incense stick holder to use. They take around ten minutes to burn one. The thickness is similar to a piece of spaghetti. This size box will last a long time.

Best cedar incense I've ever had
If you're looking for REAL cedar fragrance, this is the incense you're looking for. It's a perfect sweetly smoky undeniably cedar scent. The only thing that smells more cedar than this are literal, actual fresh-cut chunks of cedar straight off a chop saw. If you've ever had a cedar chest in the past, when you open it up and dig a quilt out, it smells just like that.

Best Cedar Incense
I love this cedar incense. I have been burning it for more than 10 years. The sticks are small, clean burning, and very fragrant. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, surrounded by cedar trees. Now living in the Southwest there are NONE, so I love burning this incense to fill our house with the woody scent of cedar from my youth. The 200 stick pack is a great value and lasts a long time. If you are burning in a very large room this brand doesn't work as well. The sticks are small and burn quickly, and the scent does not last in large rooms. In smaller rooms this is the perfect incense. Other brands I have to snuff out when they are half burned because the room gets too smokey. This brand I can light and forget about. The scent is never overpowering, even when burning 5 or 6 at a time. My very favorite incense!

Surprising results
I bought 2 different brands of the same scent of cedar wood. I will be honest, I was disappointed in the length of the stick from initial impression of this brand, but just wow after the first burn. The smell is absolutely wonderful and the burn time is 3 times longer even though the stick was half the length. Will be purchasing again!

Small
Small sticks, smells nice. I wish they had an extension part without the incense on it so I can get every bit with the types of holders I like to use.

Amazing. Wow
I just got this now and lit one up. Incredible. I had to write this review immediately because of my enthusiasm for the deep serene ancient Buddhist temple smell/feeling it gave me right away. Definitely a winner. I love cedar wood. It’s got some similar notes to it, but burned is very relaxing and grounding.

Perfect size for a little scent in the room
Morning Star is my favorite brand of incense sticks (in sandalwood which I have had for a long time). I decided to try these in cedar wood as well. They arrived today and I burned one in the included holder (a little ceramic square included with the box of incense that holds the stick upright). The scent was very good - cedar gives a nice "cabiny" smell to my home office. They are small, so you only get the scent for maybe 15-20 minutes, but that is perfect for an occasional scent-mood... plus, you get quite a few of them, 200 sticks, in the box.I mentioned the sandalwood sticks that I have had for years... after at least 10 years stored in the box, these still produce a great scent when burned. I expect the cedar will do the same.

This is great incense! I prefer this koh-type incense to that ...
This is great incense! I prefer this koh-type incense to that which has the bamboo stick in the center. Koh incense is made differently; see how at the company's website. It is delicate and breaks, but that is due to how it is made and not a manufacturing defect. The broken sticks can still be burned.I burn full length sticks in the tile burner in an ashtray or other small bowl or saucer. Then after ash has accumulated, I break the lengths in half or in thirds, lighting 2 or 3 pieces, depending on how strong I want the scent, then put the lit sticks (after blow out the flame) on the ash pile so they burn all the way down (when use the tile holder, have a nib left where it is held in the burner) and add to the ash pile. Before an ash pile is built up, I suppose you can put a lit stick (or broken piece or pieces) down on small gravel or sand in an ash tray or small shallow bowl or plate. In the bathroom, I use a repurposed Altoid tin to hold a supply of the 1/2 or 1/3 lengths (or break 1 of those again if I want a shorter length), then burn 2-3 at the same time in an ashtray to refresh the air from bathroom odors. I also burn this incense in my room when I want to enjoy its scent. Be sure to not burn underneath or near a smoke detector! The other scents by Nippon Kodo and Morningstar are also nice.It helps to understand a product first so it can be used and enjoyed properly. A buyer shouldn't expect a product to do or to perform in a way that it wasn't meant to. Hopefully, this info will help others to use & enjoy this very nice and versatile (in the alternate ways to burn the lengths, etc.) incense! For pieces that are too short to hold for lighting with a match, I hold them with straight edge or slant edge tweezers.
