I've been pretty active most of my adult life and have been using the regular work out gloves for weight exercises. I love these particular and grips and wrist guards because they are comfortable, adjustable and provides better support when doing exercises involving kettleballs and dead lifts. I particularly use the wrist guards for bowling since my wrists would always ache after bowling a few games, but not anymore. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my review.

I ordered this Nicholas Hill Leather Grips and wrist for my training at the gym. I am weight training and was starting to have man hands with blisters. And as I was not taking care of my hands they were looking pretty bad and wrist was bothering me. Now with hand grips I have no problems and have improved the way I train. Easy to use and easy to remove not like the way gloves are when you sweat they are harder to remove. Well worth every penny.. I received this at a discount price for my honest option

I lift weights regularly and dislike not having a good grip on the barbells weights, especially if I'm maxing out!I recently got these last week and they are a good buy. Personally, I've only used the hand grips, but my sister and her boyfriend used the wrist straps and they said their posture and form improved since they had better wrist stability!The hand grips do feel kind of weird at first but after your first set you wil completely forget about it!I have a small hand so I went with the small and it is fine exceot you have to break in where your fingers goes.DISCLAIMER:*I got this product for a low price in exchange for an unbiased review/opinion I was not coerced to write good/bad reviews, but rather my own opinion.*
