1920s Gatsby Weddings Evening Scarfs,Sheer Glitter Sparkle Piano Shawl Wrap

I purchased this to wear over a plain burgundy dress for dinner on a South America cruise, to add a hint of "sparkle." It's nicely made, and the size makes it really versatile. You can wear it as a shawl, or you can wear it as a scarf -- I'll be using it more as a scarf, I think. I purchased the silver one and it's just the right shade of silver with a silver metallic fiber knitted in.I like it so much I purchased another in red to dress up a plain white knit top / black pants outfit for more options. For the money, I think it's a good buy.

I really do like this wrap!! It has a shimmer to it, but not "disco-ball" shiny. Huge drawback coming out of the package is the smell!! I can't even describe it, It's just..bad! GOOD NEWS...super simple solution: Place shawl in a small to medium side mesh laundry bag and place it in your bathroom or kitchen sink and let is soak in mild laundry detergent for about 20-30 minutes in cool water. Rinse while it is still in the bag and then let it soak again in fabric softener..final rinse in cool water, take out, hand dry!! Problem solved!! YEA!! :)

I had to contact seller because the smell of the scarf was awful. They recommended washing and if it still had a bad smell they would replace it. I was afraid that the washer would ruin it but since the seller said to try it I figured I did not have much to loose. I did wash it and it came out great, I would recommend you wash it on warm and just dry it to get the dampness out and then hang. I plan on using this scarf for a Caribbean cruise and it will be great for a touch of glam to my evening wear. KaKaxi Sheer Glitter Sparkle WrapI think is a pretty shawl from a distance.It looks classy and glitzy at first glance.When you get a little closer you can tell it lacks in quality.Mine had some loose threads,It IS itchy on bare skin! Personally I found this to be an irritating fabric, it would especially itch if you were sweating in the least bit.Snags VERY easily! Do not get this near anything Velcro-Like whatsoever or it will mangle it. My daughter set her bag down next to it and the bag has a velcro closure....It caught on the shawl and when she removed the shawl from the bag it caused major damage.

I wanted something simple that would add some gold flash in a pinch during the holiday season. This scarf is perfect for that and more. I threw it over a simple black dress, a white sweater, a teeshirt and jeans! It's lightweight but the weave doesn't snag on everything, like some of my other scarves. I will be using it in summer as well. Very nice wardrobe piece to have.

This wrap is very sparkly/glittery. Be sure to check the dimensions because I was a bit surprised at how narrow it is but it works as a nice shawl for a dress. I have rhinestones on my dress, though, and the shawl gets caught on them! By the time it's worn one night, it will be snagged so much it may have to be thrown out. Fabric is like extra-thin fishing line.

In sheer mesh they meant kintted wide mesh. Which is fine but I thought it was a tulle or chiffon type material. I purchased 2 silver wraps which is more of a light gray with silver matallac threads mixed in. This was a wrap for a quinceanera dress and worked great once we cut off the fringe. It just wasn't the look we wanted. I did not notice a smell at all.

Beautiful, dainty shawl. Perfect with a cocktail dress. Could also wear it as a scarf so very versatile. The colour is as seen and the subtle glitter and fringed edges give this a lovely finish. Very satisfied. Thank you

Did the job on the day but threads got caught up in my clutch bag. To be fair the bag had sequins so.... I had to throw it away but it was really nice and if I had treated it better it might still be in my wardrobe!

Ordered this for a wedding I'm going to. Nice sparkle to it,not "over the top"but would have liked it more if it was a bit wider. Great delivery service.
