It comes with 4 different sizes of trays, but I’m a tall guy with a big head (6’1) and all of them fit, some tighter than other but they do the job. They don’t have any funny chemical smell or taste, they aren’t too thick to the point where closing your mouth is uncomfortable, they fit fine and get the job done

I have been grinding my teeth and chewing on the side of my tongue while I sleep. I wake up with a sore tongue and my sleep is impaired. I decided to use a mouth guard and chose this one because of ratings and price. Follow directions correctly. It's trial and error until you get the hang of heating the guard and forming it to your teeth. I used the large on my top teeth only. It stays in well while sleeping and I have actually got back to dreaming because my sleep is longer and deeper. No more sore tongue and waking up up early. I use every day.

Do not follow the directions on the box! You will ruin the mouthpiece! Place in hot water for a few seconds then mold to your teeth. Gres5 value!

For me this mouth guard is not as comfortable as described. It feels bulky in my mouth but, since I have no experience with mouth guards, maybe they all feel this way. It was easy to mold and I think it will be effective.

Fortunately, the product comes with more than one guard. I followed the instructions to the letter the first time and the mouth guard shrank up so badly that it became a hard chunk of its former self. Totally unusable. The second time instead of boiling the water, I heated it in the microwave for 1 minute as though I was making a cup of tea. A few seconds in the hot water and it was soft and moldable. I use it at night and it is comfortable.

This product is very hard to work with, when boiling it becomes one big blog of plastic, I’ve tried 3 out of 4 and cannot get them close enough to my teeth so it’s like having false teeth flopping around in your mouth, I’m not impressed at all.

I am very pleased with this purchase! This mouth guard is perfect for my nighttime bruxism. I like that this product has a good thickness to the guard and also like that it comes with a case. One extra perk is that it’s made in the U.S.A.

I followed the instructions very carefully yet the mouthpiece turned into a melted blob, unusable. Fortunately, there was a second large size mouthpiece. By the time I attempted to soften it, the water had a few minutes to cool. I carefully put it in the hot water and left it for a shorter time, put it in the cool water then put it in my mouth to shape it. After the recommended 2 minutes I removed it to find that the left side had shrunk to the point of not reaching the last tooth. The first one had to be thrown away, the second I will still try to use so it won't feel like a total waste.
