Poor quality
As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s very small. But the real problem is that it’s poorly made and broke after just half an hour. It’s very thin and cheap metal. Don’t waste your time or money.

to small
this is really small, and way overpriced for that fact.

Doesn't shoot without getting stuck
This toy gun appears to be well-made; somewhat small though. However, once you load the 8-ring cap and start shooting, after two shots it gets stuck. You have to open the chamber adjust the ring and shoot again. Could be the ring is not good quality. This gun dealer doesn't tell you or offer you where to get good 8-ring caps.

About the Best 8 Shot Ring Cap Gun You're Going to Find
I have been using 8 shot ring cap guns for 5+ years to scare starlings away from a feeder for sparrows. In the beginning plastic dollar store guns and dollar store caps worked fine. For some reason several years ago the ring caps were all made much more powerful, to the point that they blew up the ring and jammed whatever gun you could find at the time. I tried many guns, both plastic and metal, and many brands of 8 shot ring caps, even the caps that Parris toys sells, same result. This gun at least let me get off 4 shots on the first ring I fired, and now after a couple hundred rounds it still does that. One thing I have done is lube the gun prior to ever firing, and lubing again periodically. Also, after firing it I open the gun and clear out any cap remnants and either load new ring or use whatever is still intact of the fired ring. The latch that keeps the gun in firing position sometimes takes a few tries to get it to lock however it does lock securely and will fire reliably with the caveat that the caps are always going to blow up the ring no matter what gun you are firing them from.

Very Cheap
Not worth the money. It’s WAY overpriced. You can buy this at a Dollar Store for $3.00.Very cheap, it’s really small, and it broke 20 minutes after receiving it.

Got these for the grandkids to have fun with. Took a while to find some 8 shot cap rings.
