I have been buying insoles for trainers and shoes for years and these are by far the best support and comfort, would never buy another brand again.

So,The product arrived on time and is described - giving the support and lift as it suggests.The problem however occurs that for 99% of shoes excluding maybe timberlands & Jordan's with adequate support and material above the ankle - there are no shoes which will accommodate the lift these provide to your heel.Even with insoles taken out and replaced with this - you'll find your heel grasping for their lives to stay in your shoe and this basically turns any footwear that arent quite high boots with ankle lacing into flip flops as your ankle will slip out with every step.If you decide to go for a product like this - either find a shoe with it built in or find them with a smaller lift to them.

These insoles are really well made. They fit inside my pixie cowgirl boots perfectly. And make me feel more cowgirl than pixie 🤣 Recommend!

these are great for wanting to look taller or appear taller as well keeping you mildly comfortable, i have worn them a few times with roughly 6 hours of walking and is doing a decent job so far. they do feel awkward and i can’t say i have got use to them cos sometimes i feel like i’m wearing high heels as my heel is elevated up but i hope it becomes 2nd nature to them. I’d recommended cutting half a size down to your normal shoe size as it’ll perfectly. i have only worn them in my Air Jordan 1 high retros and fits okay, still waiting to see if they cause heel drag

A very good quality product, comfortable underfoot and elevated the heel slightly as intended.However, the insole was just slightly too small in length. I bought the 1.7cm, 7-10.5 size. I'm a size 10 (UK) and there was an obvious gap, and certainly no cutting required. I'd hazard a guess that this insole was maximum size 9.It's a good product, so I would recommend it despite my having to return it for being too small, so just be wary of size and order larger than you need.

These insoles are quite solid, the focus seems to be on adding height and not comfort, more comfortable then the hard sole of a shoe but not recommended for people with pain issues in their feet
