These woek for me. I have one leg shorter than the other, due to an accident. I like the fact that they come in a variety if heights, all in one pack. Easy to use..

Makes you taller but at what cost?
Yes they make you taller but are super uncomfortable and cannot practically use with most shoes.

They work, but..
They take getting use to. My husband has days where they hurt his feet. He has Pes Planus and adding an arch helps some ppl but with others it does not. The second insert for maximum lift, hits where the mid arch should be, but without an arch in hius foot it causes some pressure with the lifts in. He got use to it after a few days and is able to wear the full lifts in both shoes now.

They do work
These are effective and surprisingly work, but don't expect for them to be effective in a flat shoe. They work better in boots and a shoe with a slight platform in the heel section. They also make the shoes a bit more snug so cut one size below your actual shoe size.
