These knives are sharp and are as described. We bought them first as our outside BBQ cutlery, but now have even used them regularly for lunch/dinner. They seem to hold an edge well enough that we have not yet saw a need to (re)sharpen them. Also, design-wise, they look aesthetically pleasing enough that we are considering this set as gifts to other folks. Ergonomically, they are nicely balanced and can be easily handled. Overall, also considering the price, a great set.

Received and 3 of the set had the tangs raised above the wood handles. Could cut yourself using. Returned waiting for replacements. Everything else is nice but not safe. Not great quality control. To be continued…Update: received replacement order. None of the issues of the first set.

Was time for an upgrade and I found these good quality, nice and sharp. I like the Sleep design. I like that they have the straight blade instead of the jagged edge. Cuts through super easily and was a nice step up from what we originally had. Would make a nice gift to come nicely box.

These knives are so incredibly sharp and high quality. I needed to replace my old steak knives so I went with these. They’re packaged beautifully if you wanted to give as a gift as well. Very happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I researched long and hard at kohl’s, Macy’s, Walmart’s, and even world market, Williams-Sonoma and Lowe’s. It took a long time. I also read the knife reviews from 2022 and 2023.We have a knife block of serrated edge knives, now useless. I staked my life on sharp, flat blade knives.I pulled the trigger on Black Friday sale and used one ‘steak’ knife to cut the meat from a turkey leg and I was shocked to see how easily it cut through right to the bone. Usually those long sticks inside the meat are too hard for me, 65 year old lady.I’m thinking why in the heck this took me so long.Oh, sorry about the hard water stains on the one I used and then used again for the video. 🤓

The knives are well balanced and have a nice heft (comfortable to holed / use). I gave them a 4 because they could be a bit sharper for my taste. Worth the money.
