Noir Cosmetics Long Wear Forever Noir Eyeliner

Best eyeliner I've ever used. Originally got it out of a birchbox and it quickly became the only eyeliner that wouldn't melt off my face.

I really wanted a nice pencil that wouldn't smudge unless I wanted it to and this is perfect. Thanks!

This is, hands down, THE best eyeliner ever!!! If they ever stop making this eyeliner, I will be absolutely devastated. I hate eyeliners that aren't bold and solid looking...most of them are slightly faded in areas upon application or fade over time at least. Not the case here. It lasts all day, doesn't irritate at all, comes on dark and solid, has a creamy formula so it doesn't pull on your delicate eyelid skin...it's simply the best. I get compliments almost daily regarding this eyeliner and I've been using it for over a year! And as a bonus, it's basically waterproof-or holds up extremely well in wet conditions, at least. I don't ever even need to use liquid eyeliner to make a look standout more for glam events...this one does it all. PERFECTION.

I have been trying to find 'the' best black eyeliner for years. And by best, I want a lot. It must not end up under my eyes in smudgy grossness, it must not ball up in my tear ducts and make eye boogers. I don't want it to transfer to my upper eyelids, either! Bonus points for a pencil that can go on the waterline and tightline and NOT TRANSFER.........I ordered this and a MAC graphicliner (because someone convinced me the MAC product was superior). If I had to guess which product was cheaper, I would pick the MAC liner. I love the Noir eye pencil for every reason I listed above: this pencil is my go-to old reliable!! No stinging, either. That's hard to accomplish for me.Creamy formula, easy on, doesn't make you look like a Lohan arrest photo. Win-win!
