Im a frequent user of Mina Moroccan Lemon's (usually I buy them somewhere else and its my first time buying it on amazon). Im used to cook Moroccan food so i know a good preserverd lemon from a bad one. Mina's lemong are the best you can find in the USA. I often bought the small batch and for the first time bought the big jar. My local ups damaged it at delivery so I contacted directly "Mina's Morocco" via amazon and they fixed the issue for me. Im really happy. I would recommand this product and not only for Moroccan food. You can use the preserved lemon's for many dishes.

Yes you get A LOT of preserved lemons but you know what? The are PRESERVED. They also make surprisingly welcomed gifts for your foodie friends who, like you, enjoy cooking Middle Eastern-inspired dishes at home.

Product arrived spoiled with a broken seal.There is visible mold inside the container of lemons. They smell off.

Mina offers authentic products. I have used Mini Harissa for years. I’m using their preserved lemons from the 5.5 lb tub.

I absolutely love Moroccan food. I have been to Morocco several times and I couldn’t find the same quality preserved lemons. I had taken to preserving my own lemons. These hit the mark. They are very good, not as good as mine or those you buy at a Moroccan market, but close, very close!

Great quality & good value.

I cook only for myself, so finding these lemons twice the size of what I usually buy was an issue. Unused portion doesn't keep well. Essentially, they sit unused while I use the smaller ones that come in a jar. Couldn't return them.
