I bought this product a couple of years ago and only needed it occasionally back then—it worked beautifully. The scent was light, and it was really effective. When I went to repurchase recently, I noticed a few reviews saying it smelled different or didn’t work as well anymore. I was hesitant but decided to give it another try—and I’m so glad I did. It’s exactly the same quality product I remember. Now that I need to use it daily for external vulva dryness, I’ll be ordering a few extra jars to have on hand. Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying I have Vaginal Atrophy; yes, it’s a real thing and it’s not fun. This product is absolutely AMAZING!!! So where do I start…… I’ve been looking for something that lasts longer than a few hours and/or after the first bathroom run, I had to make sure of the ingredients before purchasing as I have an allergy to sone products, and obviously if you’re reading this you are dry. We all know dryness causes a whole host of problems, and yes being dry also causes tears because you’re like sandpaper down there. Yes, having Vaginal Atrophy is worse than sandpaper. I’ve tried other products for outside dryness, and they were good, yet not great. After this last bout, I knew I had to try something different; this product was the something different. I read plenty of reviews, mostly good, yet I also read the bad reviews just to find out what women were saying, as they say, read it all so you know what you might be in for. If you’ve ever had Vaginal dryness so bad you tear, or like me you have Vaginal Atrophy, being dry takes on a whole new meaning. When I bought this I had vaginal tears, a rash because I was so dry, and few other issues. There’s no smell, it’s super moisturizing, and feels like silk. After it passed my skin test it was time to try it down there. I used a cotton round to apply so I wouldn’t scratch myself or make the tears any worse. This stuff is like butter, so moisturizing, so silky smooth, so soothing and oh so comforting . It lasted through the day, and several bathroom runs, didn’t melt/leak or make my underwear a total mess. Of course I had to reapply at night because I was that dry. After 2 full days, the dryness has subsided, no more tears, no sandpaper feeling, no burning/itching, and everything is as moist as it should be. The ingredients are 100% organic, I don’t have to use a lot, it’s not messy, and it lasts the entire day. Sone reviews complained of burning, I’m here to tell you, this product actually helped the burning and itching I was having because of the severe dryness, I know I had to use more than normal because of the tears and such. It has saved me and I’ll never go back to any other product, or buy any other product unless they change their ingredients. Will I buy again, Absolutely!!!

There are many, many delightful things about being a woman, and most of the less-delightful things (mansplaining, being told to smile by random dudes, etc.) can usually be mitigated, avoided, or ignored. And...then there's menopause--or, in my case, perimenopause, which sounds kind of nice but really isn't. It started out okay, consisting mostly of the occasional not-even-hot-but-really-just-warm flash and some breakouts that I probably deserve because my skin was gloriously zit-free for pretty much all of my teen years. Until [cue record scratch sound effect] the itching began. Down south. If you get my meaning. Itchy nethers are never a good sign and so I dutifully investigated the usual culprits, only to rule them all out. Everything in the lady garden was as healthy as could be...but the itching continued. Bewildered, I turned to the internet and soon got my answer: the garden is drying out as my hormones dry up. Um, yikes. Not cool. My gynecologist cheerfully recommended hormone replacement therapy and then shrugged when she remembered that I actually can't do HRT for reasons not relevant here (and now I'm looking for a new gynecologist. Sigh). Anyway, having found no help from the medical profession, I returned to the trusty internet, and then I found this, and the many wonderful reviews of it. I'm delighted to say that all of the glowing reviews are right. This stuff works. Like, immediately and completely. Yes, the product is thick. That's good. It means it stays in place, and a little goes a long way. It provides instant relief without leaving any goopy or sticky residue. I use it a couple of times a day and everything in that region has returned to normal. So, long story short--if you are experiencing the "delight" of womanhood that is menopausal itching and dryness, buy this product and use it. You will be glad you did.

Giving 4 stars for my initial impression. I’m really relieved, after reading some of the reviews, that this product has no odor and did not cause me any pain. This is a very nice moisturizer and caused no irritation. It’s more of a balm than a cream, kind of like Carmex in consistency. It almost sounds like some people received a product with menthol? What I received has no odor.
