So, I'm not religious. Organized religion is a con to me. However, I do see the positive impacts certain structure has on a child growing up. I wanted to find a way to teach my son about moral, social and emotional responsibility without "Jesus"..btw..if Jesus is your thing, I totally respect that. It is just not the choice I feel is best for my family. The stories in the book reflect real.lufe day to day situations and offers easy, thoughtful actions a child, or adult can take to learn and grow. I believe emotional health is just as if not more important in these times than physical health. My son enjoys the readings and meditations. He asks for me to me to read more than one..every single time the book is out, which is rare for my 6yr old. I'm really happy we got this book and I look forward to exploring other healthy ways to teach the above mentioned.

Younger children will appreciate the stories and illustrations and older children the introduction to mindfulness, this book will grow with your children!

My 7 year old loves the stories; they are great starters for discussion and further teaching.I love how the stories are separated by morning/afternoon/night.Well done!

The book is very reasonably priced and would be great for any faith or teaching community interested in introducing mindfulness practices.

I love it. But my son loses interest too fast

I couldn’t find anything to dislike from the books. Illustrations are not too busy. Well organized. As you can see from the index it covers a lot of great content. It’s enjoyable for all - parents and children.

I originly ordered this as a kindke book to read to my granddaughter. She loves it so much we purcgased a copy for her to take home with her.I love how interactive it is.

Suitable for any age , Definitely a great tool to help any child continue their path to enlightenment and kindness (bought for an 11 year old)
