Fun & Delightful
DJ2Go2 upgrade from first one but it’s portable, durable and simple that gets audiences & participants engaged. Mapping allows customization for even more dj mixing fun! It also doesn’t need an external power cable to power up.

Great controller for the novice or “just not that serious” DJ!
For the price, this has pretty much all of the essential features to DJ & excellent functionality. Combined with the app (paid version), I use it for practicing mixes, blends scratching etc & literally playing small parties & it has not disappointed!*Its output cable is a micro to USB A & I replaced the cable to a micro to type C to better suit the connection to my laptop. I would advise, if you gotta use a hub or dongle to connect this to your phone, iPad or laptop etc. Swap the output cable for a quality cable that allows for a direct connection to your device.

It's good, but...
So let me say that this product works perfectly fine. And my opinion of it was high when I first got it cause I was still fairly early on in my learning process. I've been practicing DJing for about 10 months now. This product is well-suited for the absolute beginner and/or the individual that isn't trying to be fancy with his/her mixes. The problem I had is once I got better on a full-size controller this one wouldn't allow me to mix to the best of my abilities because of the need to cycle through the options "CUES-AUTO-MANUAL-SAMPLER". If I could jump directly to the desired mode w/o cycling it would be much better. But I need to reiterate, this is my opinion of the controller NOW that I've gotten better on a full-size controller. If you are just starting out and are trying to get a handle on the basics of DJing then go for it! It is a useful portable tool that will allow you to work on your beat matching, setting cue points, getting your timing right, mixing beats, etc. You can then take those skills and apply them on a larger more capable controller.

Main Audio Out Static
I got one of these units the day before my event and I plugged in the mini plug to the output and the other end into an amplified speaker. All I got was a lot of static and very little audio. Immediately contacted Amazon they replaced it and it had the same issue with the 2nd unit. The company sent me another unit got it today and same issue with the 3rd. I plugged directly into my computer I don't have a problem, I have an old Newmark mixer that is not compatible with the new software but the audio plays through it with no problem, even the DJ2go2 II plug it into the headphone jack and it works fine. I go through my event was running it off the headphone jack. Using Serato Pro software on a Mac with M1 chip. They advised to get a splitter and use the RCA cable out and see what that does. They suggested only plugging in one side which as we know don't always have this one channel of audio. I love the unit I wish it would work but I'm afraid I'm gonna be stuck with it. We'll see what happens.UPDATE Adapter didn't work and plugging in left or right by itself the static is not as bad but still pops and a little static. Tried Virtual DJ and Djay Pro and same issue. Played the music app on the Mac using the controller for audio out same static. Followed the Serato Optimization guide and everything is set correctly . Changed the buffer no change. No revolution so far for this controller.

Cheap but useful unit - distorted audio
This is the cheapest and easiest way to gain access to the Serato DJ Pro features. The cue headphone output is loud and works great. The Main output is useless, at least on Apple Silicon Macs. It is distorted even with the latency setting set to the highest (Google "DJ2GO2 Distortion" and you'll see many having the same issue), and the reason for my lower rating. The "Auto" pad mode is fairly useless (for anything but glitch) with only 4 pads and no ability to bank through the levels.

Very nice controller very portable
I really like this DJ controller. I've had it for a few months and I'm still learning how to use all of the features but I do like how portable it is. I recently took it with me on a business trip and it took up very little space in my luggage. I will need to possibly purchase a hard case for it.The free software that comes with it made it so easy to get going with playing around with it. I hope to master it because I can certainly see using it for some nice house parties.
