This was an awesome purchase. I had seen it used on several cooking videos. One that showed it not being used correctly, thus creating more work. The others showed it being correctly used. It’s simple. Put your flour (or whatever) in the bottom, add what you want breaded, put the middle and top on. Keep turning it over & over until you have your items coated. The last turn should be to leave your coated items in the top section with the remaining flour in the bottom section. Simple, easy peasy. I bought one first for our winter home. When we got back to our spring/summer home, I ordered another!

I've only used this once so far. The capacity is great. I decided, instead of grilling, to deep fry a rack of baby back ribs. I cut them up individually And put half on either side. The one thing that I don't care for is some of the flour does poof out on the sides When you shake it. I found it best to hold it on the longer sides when shaking. The thing I do like about it is that I'm likely to use less seasoned flour. I can add a little at a time checking to see if more is needed between shakes.

I really like this batter bowl. I wish I had purchased it sooner. Love that it's collapsible for storage purposes and the clean up was pretty easy. I would say if you are handwashing to make sure you clean the holes where the flour is transferred through thoroughly. Would purchase again or give as a gift!

I love this thing! Saves from making a huge mess. I used it to fry chicken. The first time I used it I placed my egg dipped chicken directly on the middle grate. Don't do that. The cleaner way is to place it in the bowl with the flour and shake it so it's covered. Then put the Bowles together and shake that thang 🤪. Doing it this way keeps the egg off the holes causing more lumps.

I'm in love with this thing.The quality of this batter bowl "shaker" is top-notch. It's so easy to use and does a fantastic job at breading,....you have no idea. I made the most amazing wings tonight using Hooter's wing breading, and I did it in a flash with this device and my air fryer, without having to get my hands dirty. This blows the breading in a bag method away. The wings turned out better than any wings you can get anywhere.Easy to useEasy to cleanEasy to storeI wouldn't be without this now that I have one. I saw someone using it on youtube and that's how I learned about it. They were right, it's fantastic!

I used the CanCooker collapsible bowl to dry coat 11 lbs. of fish for deep frying. It's very quick and easy to use and there's almost no mess!

Love this product, so far I've only breaded some chops with it and it is amazing. The batter bowl helps coat perfectly and I think it's a must have for any kitchen and especially the outdoorsman/campers/fisherman.
