Great snorkel, almost perfect
This snorkel makes me feel like my local dive shop ripped me off by requiring me to buy my personal gear from them and only offering $50-70 "premium" snorkels. The Kraken snorkel is awesome and I've already bought 2 more for my family membersPros:Soft against your head and doesn't hang at weird angles or hit your head uncomfortably when it's out of your mouth, hydrodynamic, rolls up and stows tiny, looks greatCons:Doesn't flow air quite as freely as a big rigid snorkel, sometimes a little bit of water will collect at the bottom which is difficult to clear compared to a "premium" snorkel that has a purge valve at the bottom. But, no purge valve means nothing to maintain. There are no moving parts, so it's zero maintenance other than rinsing the salt out.I'd still get an expensive rigid snorkel if I was going to be doing nothing but surface snorkeling, but this is what I'd get for scuba or if you are mixing snorkeling and freediving.

Simple, rugged and awesome
This snorkel is perfect take with you on a trip. I just took it on an 8 day trip to the Bahamas and Keys. Rolls up and will fit into any pack, bag, suitcase with little impact. Perfect J tube type snorkel-a real snorkel- not one that look like something out of a transformer movie with all those annoying flaps every where that just end up failing on you. This is all you need. Great for free diving, spearfishing or to roll up and keep in a BC pocket in case you have a unexpected surface swim after a dive. Love it.

Excellent, high-quality product. A must have for any serious diver or instructor.
As a NAUI Master Diver and DIT, this is a crucial piece of gear for my setup. I normally do not need a snorkel unless I am in the ocean or on a dive requiring a long surface swim. This snorkel is exactly what I needed. Rolls up easily into its own holder and tucks neatly into a BCD or wetsuit pocket. It is high quality and well designed. An excellent product which I highly recommend for my family and students.

Just needed a rugged, simple snorkle.
I've been free diving for 50 years and I just wanted a reliable, simple snorkel with no gimmicks and fancy devices to keep water out. Such things are for old ladies who never dive beneath the surface. This product is perfect for my needs.

It's great, but don't put the case in your swim ...
It's great, but don't put the case in your swim suit pocket (because you don't want it on your wrist and you're not in you BC because you're snorkeling because you're honoring your no-fly time!), it'll fall out and give the Cozumel fish something to play with! But if that happens to you (!!!), part of a tire inner tube works well enough! And it is 1000% a must have!

Excellent Value
Wanted a snorkel that wouldn't fill with water when I looked down while swimming. Since this sweeps around the back of my head, it works well. Bought two to have one as a backup if I ever lose one while snorkeling. Very soft mouthpiece, which is a real advantage when skin-diving for hours at a time (or even for short-term work). Highly recommended.

Best snorkel to use
Surprisingly, the the soft design does not diminish its functionality. The snorkel has the right balance between flexibility and sturdiness and fits perfect to any face, while the clean bore remains undisturbed and allows for easy blow out. When rolled in its holder, the snorkel fits easy with the mask in it box, so no additional space is needed for transportation.I have been snorkeling and scuba-diving for over 40 years and this is the best snorkel that I ever had.

Good!
I bought this in anticipation of an upcoming trip to Hawaii. So far it seems pretty good and I love that it is so convenient for traveling. I will update this after my trip but so far I am very happy with my purchase!
