They were as described & arrived on time. I was under the false belief that the "older" credit cards w/ magnetic strips could be remotely scanned ("hijacked"), but apparently that's true only w/ the newer "chip" cards. As such I have limited use of these sleeves, but probably will in the future. I gave them as "stocking-stuffers" so have minimal feedback from others. Also it seems that you'd only be aware of a credit/identity breech after it happened & then only w/ the assumption of what transpired (meaning the sleeve had failed along w/ a fair number of other possibilities)... So unless someone has one of those "skimming machines" (or whatever they're called) that I can actually try out this product, then it's mostly a matter of hope & a slightly increased sense of protection...

I thought these were going to be tan color but they are a white silvery color. Color wasn't my motivation here though. That aside, I appreciate having them to protect credit cards. I carry cards in a special reader proof 'wallet' for that purpose and if a card is in one of these sleeves, it won't fit that special wallet. However, I do sometimes grab a card and driver license to run a quick errand. In that case I use one of these sleeves to carry them in a slender light weight leather wallet. These sleeves are sturdy, well made. They're not slippery so they wouldn't tend to slide out of a wallet or pocket. I'm glad to have taken this proactive step in the fight against ID theft! It's worth the investment.

I like these better than the Tyvek type. The initial photo makes them look as if they're made out of kraft paper, but they're a silvery paper, kind of like a thick Mylar. They are seamed on the outside and make for a tight fit in my wallet. My wallet is new and I noticed that the card slots seemed to be unusually wide, and I think it's because wallet manufacturers are starting to make them a little more roomy to fit cards in sleeves.Does it work? Who knows? All I know is that my identity remains intact and my bank accounts unmolested. Time will tell, but I won't be without these (or something like these) just be be safe.

This fits my credit cards well, provides some physical (strip rubbing) and RTID protection, and takes up little room in my wallet. It's a little difficult to separate the sides of the sleeve to insert the credit card; having the top and bottom cut outs be of slightly different sizes (so you can separate the two sides more easily) would help. I tried the sleeve on the swipe-to-enter key substitutes that we use here, and the card must then be ONE inch away instead of FOUR inches to unlock the door. So the sleeve does provide a measure of RFID protection; but if you're a paranoid type, you might use these inside a RFID wallet, to get even more protection.

Outstanding product! Appears to be very durable and there are no seams or folds to get in the way. My credit card slips in and out with ease, but is not loose where it might slip out by accident. Fits perfectly, but not tightly, into my wallet credit card slot. This was a 10 pack and I will be sharing the extras with my children. Does it actually block electronic snooping?...I am taking the manufacturer's word on this. Highly recommended and would definitely purchase again if needed! I'm sure you will not be disappointed!

Product arrived promptly and was as advertised. Package of 10 protectors was a useful number to split among family members. This is the kind of product that protects from remote credit card theft. Kind of hard to know if it works because attempts to steal data are surreptitious. You don't have much way of knowing when an attack was made and thwarted. Nonetheless, though consumer reports says blocking sleeves are only sometimes and somewhat effective, at the price, why not use them.

I presume these sleeves really do block the RFID, so that's good. My problem is that getting the cards in and out of the sleeve is a large pain in the butt. The sleeves are really tight and the little notch isn't really big enough to get a grip.

my cards fit fine in these sleeves. they do fit a little tight in my wallet, but not too bad. made very well. I ordered two packs so I could share with the rest of my family. it does come with two passport sleeves, which I don't need, but I put the credit cards I don't use all the time in them. makes me feel secure using them. worth the price. they also came on time.
