I’m 10 days into using these capsules and yes I think they’re working! I’ve got an under active thyroid which was diagnosed 10 months ago, the symptoms include weight gain, muscle aches, tiredness and dry skin to name a few. I’m in my mid-40’s and suspect I’m also peri-menopausal. If these supplements contribute to the regulation of hormones then I’m very happy as both menopause and thyroid are linked to hormones.Since taking them I can say I’m sleeping better which has improved my concentration during the day. I’m still waking during the night but not the 5-6 times a night I was previously waking up! I’m hoping with continued use my sleep will get better and have a positive affect on other symptoms.It’s recommended you take 3 capsules a day with a glass of water and preferably a meal. The capsules are quite big but I soon got used to taking them. They do have a herb taste but that’s to be expected considering they contain herbal ingredients!The shape of the bottle is great for storage, it doesn’t take up a lot of space as it’s very thin, however the lid isn’t child proof.This is a one month supply of capsules. I’ll be ordering more to continue using them.

I was happy to put these capsules through their paces to see if they were of any help to me personally when I saw them available via the Vine Program.You receive a compact flat pot of 90 capsules, which at the recommended 3 a day gives a months supply for £8.99 (price at time of review) which I think is a fair price for this type of product.I have to be completely honest and say that I haven’t noticed any major improvements over the month that I’ve taken them, although they have helped a little with fluid retention in my legs as the day goes by which hasn’t been quite as bad as normal, though this may not have anything to do with the tablets but I will err on the side of them helping a little.I haven’t seen a great deal of help with my tiredness and fatigue either, but as I suffer from specific medical conditions that cause these I hadn’t expected a huge change anyway, but it would have been nice to have had any minor benefit!I do appreciate the fact that they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans as this widens their appeal and I prefer takin products that are suitable where I can.I would definitely say that these are worth a try as they may work for you.I am happy to give them a 3 star review as they are nicely packaged, easy to swallow and do not have any aftertaste, they just weren’t of huge benefit to me personally so I won’t be repurchasing, but they may just be perfect for someone else.I hope that this review has been helpful to you in deciding whether this is the right product for you.

I've taken this in the form of similar multi-supplement previously so know from prior use that it works well for me - just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.If you know that this is the right supplement for you right now then this is a good quality choice and if taken at the recommended three a day then these ill last around a month
