To be honest, I don't know if this product does anything for me or not. The day after I started these, my doctor started me on insulin. 2 weeks later still trying to find the correct insulin dosage. As far as I know I do not have a problem with my sugar levels, I know there has been a few times like when I was pregnant or during a blood test I showed borderline but when they would do a 2nd test all was good.
