TheraPearl14070 Color Changing Reusable Hot Cold Pack with Strap, Sports Size Ice Pack with Gel Beads, 11" x 4.5"

After looking at several different ice packs I chose to go with this one. I love it! It’s so easy to use when my elbow starts to get sore. All I have to do is Velcro it on and I’m good to go. It warms up at about the time you should take it off the ice so it is great. Then just throw it back in the freezer for the next time. It moves around my elbow nicely and is not stiff like most. Great price great item.

I used this product on my elbow when I hurt it a few weeks ago. It was absolutley amazing! I put it in the freezer for about two hours and was able to then put it on my elbow for almost 30 minutes before I needed to put it back in the freezer. It is so much better than using frozen peas or any other frozen vegetable as they never really mold to your body part and there is no way to secure them, the strap is a wonderful feature. I have many of the TheraPearl Products and use them any time I have an ache or a pain. I have a few that I keep out to put in the microwave for heat and a few that live in the freezer.

Okay, so this is really good for treating a small area like the wrist or hand or small elbow part. The only reason I did not give it a 5 rating is that it does not as cold as I would like for it to be and it does not keep cold. However, it does the job of relieving swelling and inflammation. You just have to have more than one of it if you want cold for longer than 10 minutes. It's also cheap enough that if I give it to a client and they don't return it, well, it didn't cost that much to begin with. I had a client healing from a dog bite to the hand/wrist area and she said it helped. I also like the fact that it has an attached strap, so you don't have to fumble with one. Okay, so it really should get a 4.5 for that.

Just received the Thera-Pearl arm pad w/ the most useless strap. Attempted to return and item is ineligible to return. DO NOT order from TopLine, nor this TheraPearl hot/cold pack… doesn’t hold cold enough temperature after the recommended 4 hrs of freezing. I’m more frustrated with no option to return this useless breast implant. TopLine sucks!

I suffer from carpal tunnel & it's progressed up my arms & into my elbows. Even sleeping with wrist & forearm support, I still wake up with tingling, stiff fingers & burning elbow pain. I had purchased this product in a regular sport pack, but would have to ice or heat the areas one side at a time. This style is a godsend!! When my elbows or wrist are inflamed, I can strap one of these on both sides & not have to sit & hold in place. I can begin to get relief while still going about preparing for the day. Even better is the fact that it doesn't freeze into a solid sheet of ice, which can actually become very painful. With the smart beads, you get just the right amount of flexible cold or heat that you may need, without causing more harm than good. Very durable product & I highly recommend!!

Used for a couple of weeks for a foot surgery. It's soft and works but doesn't stay cool for longer than about 10 minutes. So if you need to ice longer than that it's not that great. Plus it started leaking and I had to throw it away. It's not that expensive so I gues you get what you pay for. But it does strap to your foot nicely.

The size is perfect, it doesn’t freeze you, it cools with comfort to reduce pain and swelling. The bags of ice do not conform like these do. I bought several and just interchange as needed.

I took a chance on a pair of these as my ankles needed a handy ice-pack that was simple to put on and stay in place after workouts or when they swelled. I found them easy to work with, bend them so that I'd have good icy contact where my ankles needed it. I've been using both of these for over a year and they continue to perform for me. Recently, I needed to use one on my wrist and though they are designed for an "ankle wrap", I was able to keep it in place with an ace bandage over it. I am really thankful for these and have had zero issue with either of them.

I'm not sure if the quality lowered from this brand, but my other hot/cold pack seems like it is such better quality than this one that I got in the mail. Also, it states "with strap" but the package never had it inside, so another disappointment. It heated up in the microwave fine, but has a very plastic smell that I hope might get better with on-going use, as I never experienced this issue with the same one I purchased from TheraPearl many years ago.

I freeze it and use it on my sunburn itch...works wonders!!! Had another one for years but it finally gave out. If this one lasts half as long, I will be more than satisfied.

It is a good product. It does do what it says.

It is a average product.The gel pearls are sparse and so the cooling is also not very effective. Costly product but worthless.
