Very healthy. Add honey and fruit
I had originally left a poor review but after eating this a few more times I changed to five stars. You don't just pour milk on this healthy cereal. You add some honey and fruit and milk and savor each bite because this is doing good things for your body. The taste is bland but this is a superfood. It is up to you to make this delicious.

Grape-nuts-like flavor without the hardness
I had this with 2% milk, usually alone but sometimes mixed with rolled oats I have a complicated relationship with grape-nuts, they fall into that category of food which, based on its characteristics, I should like but for some reason don't. The flavor is okay, but the hardness is a hard sell. The pieces of this cereal are significantly larger and less dense. Not sweet, or barely sweet at least, and the almond contributes only a little to the flavor/texture. It tastes healthy, that's for sure, and I liked it enough to finish the whole box in a couple weeks. I'll try the other varieties as well, but this is expensive cereal so I say try looking for a sale if you can find one. If you like grape-nuts in flavor or concept, or other grain cereals, I would recommend getting it at try.

TASTEY and FILLING
We have been purchasing this item for years . Goes great with Almond milk . They came with a reasonable 9 month Best By ( expiration )window .

Too expensive, despite the nutritional value.
While sprouted grains are touted to be nutritional, the price of this cereal has gone way past my budget's limit. I always have purchased Ezekiel cereal for my husband , who cannot have sugar, I am going to have to look for another alternative. I have seen the price of this cereal practically double this past year. So while it's great for a low sugar/sugarless diet, it's become too pricey for me.
