I am a huge jerky person but the problem always is that jerky brands usually have preservatives or other junk in them. Finally I found a jerky band that is healthy and great tasting! Bison is excellent and the taste really stands out. Perfect balance in flavoring. I wish they were $10 cheaper but hey. Ill bite the bullet and pay the price just because of the quality. And its bison and not beef so to me its worth it! Highly recommend!

I stumbled across these bison bars while searching for snacks to add to my pantry. I purchased them for their nutritional profile and their uniqueness. Although they are a little pricey per bar, I found them to be worth it.These bison bars taste great; they have a good balance of nutrition, moisture, and are an adequate portion per serving. I'm happy with them and would buy them again.

These are delicious! I was however disappointed upon receiving my order that several of the individual servings were not properly sealed. Considering the cost, it was hard to throw those bad servings away.UPDATE-Upon hearing of my packaging issue, I was contacted by the seller and received a replacement box of product on my doorstep in less than 24 hours. Customer service is top notch and the bars are delicious!

My clan loves Bison jerk. So got this thinking it was probably pemmican blend. Boy, was I wrong. Its mostly bison, laced with berries & just a hint of tallow. Just the way we like it. Perfect non-sweet snack, for picnics,outings, hiking, road trips & camping. Excellent item for emergency home prepping too. American made, at a fair price.

These sticks have the perfect flavor with just the right amount of spice. We love that these jerky sticks have zero additives or food coloring and no filler. The ingredients list is very short and includes mostly seasonings which is always a great sign. This is the perfect snack for on the go or if you are just looking for leaner protein. Yum!

Didn't really care for the taste. Not very flavorful and kind of oily. I wouldn't buy again.

I love these bison bars! I actually crave these as a snack. I have tried the other bison bars on the market and this one is by far the best tasting. The best part is they are healthy and I don’t feel guilty after I eat them. I will be buying more.

They are so tough, they cannot be chewed and Amazon will not refund.The taste and texture has changed since the batch that expired in Feb 2021.
