My annual Potassium Sorbate purchase (keeps cream gummies fresh!).

Using something like this is new to me. I did some research to stop fermentation since my wine was in the basement over a northern US winter and was very slowly fermenting. I wanted to make sure the process stopped before I bottled and decided to give this a try. I followed instructions and let it sit for about a week after adding. The fermentation seemed to stop so I bottled.

I just received this, no cap, why even send it out. I hope I can find a small container to transfer it to because I don’t want to leave it exposed. I am pretty sure the product will do what it’s supposed to do.

Exactly as described. Food grade, safety seal intact, arrived quickly, useage per gallon is listed on the bottle label. I have not had a chance to use it yet, but looks like it will work fine.

Last forever. Bough to preserve gummy candy. Works well but make sure you dissolve in water before adding anything else. Only have to use small amount. This bottle will let a long time even with the 2oz size.

I use it in gummies. Put a few in the cabinet 3 months ago and still no mold.

Just what I needed. Great bottle and contents for my homebrew
