The flavoring makes this palatable & it works.
Yes, like any antacid it's chalky, that's unavoidable but the flavor makes up for it and that makes it palatable. It particularly tastes good (and is slightly more soothing) when it's stored in the fridge. It's easy to dose and works well for indigestion/ reflux relief.

Great flavor and it works
I love this new chocolate mint flavored Mylanta heartburn and gas relief! The flavor is good and it works!! I have IBS so I follow the low FODMAP diet but every once in awhile there's an ingredient in the food I've eaten that causes me to bloat up and get constipated so I drink lots of water and take a bicycodile 5 mg laxative and a cup of this Mylanta heartburn and gas relief liquid and I'm able to comfortably and easily go to the bathroom in the morning. It also works on mild heartburn

Works very quickly, unlike some others
Expiration date was well in advance, and the product is really good. I have acid reflux and it works almost immediately.

Not my favorite flavor
This is not my favorite flavor. I wish I could find one I liked better. IT works ok, but sometimes it’s not enough to combat my stomach indigestion.

Nice flavor
Very effective. Best tasting one I can find. As far as ease of use - it is my personal bottle so I just drink from it. Price the same as the store.

Beat Pepto Bismol hands down.
Hiya! For me nothing works as well as this does. I have stomach issues that make this a MUST!! The flavor helps cover the chalkiness of it, which is great, but I still have to rinse my mouth out-I don’t like how it feels on my teeth. But actually works! Peace.

I have a child with GERD who has to use this at times. It works and tastes really good! Makes these episodes easy to get through!
