Application is not working on iPhone.

Product is good, but I have found may issues in APP following are few -1) IOS app has Add new device and connectivity issue (sometimes it works sometimes it does not)2) Using Android APP able to connect but still few issues where app breaks down with random errors showing up.

All the machines of this company I tried, stops working after 6-7 months. This machin I puchased in last August. It stops working in 3 months. Evening tried but no success. Now a days all components are of plastic and motors are seems not of good quality. No warranty so your hard money gone. Pls think before purchasing.

The product is simply amazing! For 800₹ you get a smart bluetooth controlled room freshener which is amazing!Out of the box, you get the device, 2 batteries and also the aroma alive scent can installed and ready to use. Instructions are super clear and easy to use / install.Can be mounted on a flat surface, or use the wall mount to hang it like a wall clock.The scent is fresh and super strong. Initially set to 40 mins once, but it was too much, now set to only 4 times a day and now scent is at pleasing level.

1) Hardware2) Software3) ScentI have used this product for more than a month!NEGATIVE POINTSThe product when arrived was really in a bad condition.1) Not packed properly. The box was unsealed, etc.The first feeling after touching the product . . Cheap plastic, cheap motor(mechanism).Even after following the manual I was not able to connect it using bluetooth.POSITIVE POINTSCalled the call center/service number. They asked for the serial number and asked me to reinstall it. This fixed the issue of the app and everything started working. Call center guy was preety helpful and polite.He also mentioned that I will have to change the batteries after each refill.HARDWARE: You can keep it on a table and you can even hang it on a nail.As mentioned earlier the unit is made of very cheap material if you campare with other brands.NOTE: Only use Duracel batteries, tried with 1 other brand, the motor was not able to press the nozzel and spray. (Due to lack of power)SOFTWARE: VERY GOOD.SCENT: Have tried all the scents, they all smell descent but when it comes to longevity. The best on is ALIVE.With Alive you can set the preset to 20 mins. For all others( Cool,Petal,violet,fresh,passion) u will have to use 10 mins preset.40 mins Alive is good only if you are in AC room.

I like the Product and it is best quality and best for room , Effective and Great Fragrance 💗, And It Feel amazing 🤩, and its completely gives a vibe of freshness.
