Great replacement. Went in easy, great instructions. Not sure if this is standard but they even payed for return shipping to recycle the old one. One less thing to worry about. Definitely using these guys again and the added bonus of returns will factor into that future decision.

We print a lot where we work and go through a lot of paper and toner. The fuser eventually goes and a new one from HP is pretty expensive. I bought one of these refurbished units a while back and although it didn't last as long as the original the cost per page of using a refurbished unit for us was a bit cheaper. Please note that when the last two refurbished fusers we used went they went out with a howl not a whimper. The fuser roll was toasted pretty good and there was a bit of a burning smell when we continued to use them even though we should have changed them out.
