I’ll never buy this again…
I don’t know if it was just this box or if it usually tastes this bad? It has a horrible flowery, almost perfume-ish taste to it - I can’t tell if it was from the bags or the tea. I’ve never had a black tea that tastes like this. Maybe there was some type of mix-up during the manufacturing process?, maybe a cross-contamination with another line of their teas?I’ve been on a black tea “quest” since PG Tips changed hands and they completely changed it. I wanted to try Bigelow, as my husband loves their “Constant Comment”. As of now, I’ll be sticking with “Twinnings” - the closest match to my beloved PG Tips that I’ve found so far.I guess I should submit this for a return, if it’s even eligible..

Love the product however the package looked like a truck ran over it several times.

Package Was Open When it Arrived
The box was opened prior to shipping. The missing flap was not in the external box. I am concerned that the contents could have been tampered with. Not completely satisified.

The box of tea was opened upon arrival with missing tea bags!
The box of 28 bags of tea was opened and there were only 26 bags. I do not trust the box and threw it away!
