I have been using the gummies for two weeks. I didn’t notice change in my weight ( not yet) but I definitely noticed that I’m not hungry all the time. And my craving for sweets is to the minimal. The Apple flavor is the best. It may be a coincidence, but since taking these, the swelling in my ankles and feet has disappeared. My appetite has reduced and I have even lost a few pounds.

I have been using liquid ACV for years. I decided to try the gummy version for two reasons. The taste of liquid ACV makes it difficult to take, and second, it is difficult to take with you. I tried this product and like it. Easy on the pallet and easy to take with you. These are also vegan. Very important to me. Give these a try. You won't be sorry. I will definitely buy them again.

Purchased this to see if it would help me detox and for my weight loss journey. Was having bloating problems and was told by a nurse during one of my visits to do a shot of ACV in the morning to help. I purchased a bottle of Mothers ACV and tried the shot and could not finish the shot. I barely could stand the smell of the shot. Tried it again with honey and even smelling it made me wanted to gag so I saw that they had gummy versions so I figured why not try it. Saw so many good reviews that it helped many individuals. If you ever had pure mother's ACV, you will be able to distinct the smell which this bottle kinda has. It's a very strong tart smell but luckily it tastes a lot better than it smells. Theres not a tart taste in the gummy. It's very easy to chew and easily digestible. I've been on this product for 2 months now and have not noticed if it has helped with my bloating, weight loss journey or given me energy. Don't find myself continuing this once my bottle depletes.
