300ml Bottle + 40 x Salt

Ordered to replace an older sinus rinse kit by a different manufacturer, I wasn't sure it would be as effective due to it having a different "delivery method" to my older one.You see unlike this with its neti-pot type neck and activation button it relied on you squeezing the bottle to create pressure and force the solution in to, and thus the contents back out of your nose. This had 2 downsides 1) the solution being under such pressure also tried to escape down your throat if you made the mistake of breathing, and 2) once the solution runs out it forces air under pressur into the sinus which can be painful in itself. This was easy to avoid once you get the technique down.With this kit by Croing, the learning curve isn't steep at all. Gravity and the "on button" does the hard work. I find it works best if you lean forward, tilt your head to one side, put the tip of the unit into the top nostril, press the button and let the flow start to fill your sinus with the solution; you'll soon feel the solution to come out of the bottom nostril. Keep breathing through your mouth, and every now and then press the button to stop the flow and blow out through to your nose. This will help push any "blockages" along. After you've used half of the solution give it about 30 seconds and give your nose a good blow. Repeat with the other half of the solution in the other nostril.Make sure you properly sanitise the kit before and after use to extend its lifespan.

I’m very impressed with this, I often suffer from a blocked mucusy nose, thus comes with lots of sachets to make a saline wash, the bottle pours a nice steady stream into nostril. It works out way way cheaper that the aerosol til I used to purchase from the chemist. I highly recommend.

I bought this to help with my blocked sinuses and seasonal allergies, and it’s actually been quite effective. The kit comes with a good-sized 300ml bottle, a 50ml spray bottle, and 40 rinse sachets. Instructions were clear, and it’s very easy to use once you get the hang of it. The bottle gives a steady flow without too much pressure, which is important felt gentle and not uncomfortable at all.The rinse sachets dissolve well and didn’t sting, even with my sensitive nose. I use it especially in the mornings or before bed when congestion is worst, and it really helps me breathe more freely.The little spray bottle is a nice bonus for when you’re out and just need a quick refresh.

Really easy to use.I've had a bad cold for well over a week. I bought decongestant tablets, paracetamol and everything else . I was looking at this and thought why not, I've spent more than this at the pharmacy. Literally 15 seconds with this bad boy, everything what was in, comes out. I can breathe fine and no more sleepless nights. Easy to use and works . 👍

I bought this when I had a bad sinus infection. It is easy to use, but didn't do anything to help clear the infection. It's just not powerful enough for a severe sinus infection or a badly blocked nose. But with that said, it is still a good investment if using it early on to prevent a sinus infection or for regular cleaning.

This product is much nicer than the one where you just squeeze the bottle, it's very gentle and easy to use and dose a good job at clearing my sinuses.

I did a lot of research before I purchase this product. Finally we decided to buy and we are very glad for our purchase. It is very easy to use and definitely cleans whole nostrils and make you breath much better. Especially if you frequently have blocked nostrils, this is life saving product. It is good quality bottle with good quality salt and very easy to use for kids as well. They may not like it at first, but when they see how it works and they breath much better, they enjoy using it...
