Excellent Quality but the shell is thick
I like this product a lot. Good generous dosage. I do feel that the capsule shell is too thick and I suspect it takes too long to dissolve and release in my stomach!! I think it is important for it to release quickly in the stomach. So I am a bit perplexed that it feels like something is stuck in my stomach when I take it. But I also feel that it is very good quality inside... the after effects I can tell is good. So the actual Betaine HCL inside the capsule appears to be of excellent - maybe even better quality than my previous experiences.

At 60, I eat a lot of meat proteins I was starting to experience some 'Heartburn issues' and I hate pills from the Doctor. This product is best taken 30 or so minutes before eating to help digest the meat proteins through the pepsin, and as a precursor for making stomach acid which enables a more efficient Stomach acid PH, which should be PH 1-3 ! Together with Apple cider vinegar ( not taken at the same time as these), it worked in hours and I was back to normal. Feeling great. A very good benefit for your stomach and immune system !

Game changer for digestion

Half the size...
The product is okay.But the size of this is half than it used to be.Just the price is the same.(In US they still sell the double size one for this price...)

Reduces reflux
My acid reflux has worsened over the past few years and prescription medication ( lanzaprazole) was having little effect, these capsules worked immediately.I still can’t eat bread or pastries but I no longer have a constant taste of acid in my mouth, which is a win.
