Really Worth Reading!
Like most people, I have lots of goals and the best of intentions when it comes to both my career and my fitness level, but I sometimes struggle to muster up the motivation to jump into action. In essence, I have trouble getting out of my own way. If you are the same way, then I definitely recommend Bullet Proof Habits.I have read a lot of motivational books, but this one is my favorite by far. Not only does it explain what you need to do--but it goes further by describing actual steps you can take--which I found immensely helpful. It is also really well organized and super entertaining.I can already see my life starting to change because I am finally sticking to the good habits I know I should be keeping. I am forever grateful! Really worth reading. This one is a game changer.

Nice and lightweight read for travel
Loved this book for taking on the road with me. Very easy to use. Handy to keep with me for my adventures. Also super valuable relevant information for my student life.

To be come bulletproof
A good self help book on changing mindset, creating good/positive habits, maintaining them but also removing bad/negative habits or people from life. The simplicity of the book is a double edged sword. The simplicity makes the book easy to use, follow, and implement but as great is this is the other edge is habits and behaviour are never simple to create or modify. In fairness Phil Pierce does not shy away from this and states it himself I the book. He tells readers to have patients and not be too hard on ourselves when things do not go to plan. One of the most important thing in this book for mr is the section on laziness. Not to give too much away but I think this is a bit of an under rated point. If you are low on energy and/or motivation constantly the problem could be physical so do have yourself checked. Though that does not mean you run to the doctor every five mins or google you symptoms constantly. You get nothing done that way. A once over check is usually sufficient.A very good book short but to the point book of how to change habits for the better, but as maintaining them as well. The book states that things will go wrong but it is how you deal with them and persevere that counts.
