Money Belt - RFID Blocking Hidden Travel Wallet with 7 Bonus Sleeves

This money belt was excellent! I traveled for a month in India and wore it every day. Things I love about it: It has one continuous loop (no clips) that encircle the waist. It can be adjusted on the go to easily shift from wearing on the waist to wearing a bit more on top of the hips. It has a slim profile; doesn't add bulk to the body. The RFIDs are certainly a useful addition.As one can see in the photo, it has two distinct zippered compartments. The larger (longer one) has two inner pockets; one smaller credit card pocket; the other inner pocket is long enough to hold bills. In front of the two inner pockets in the same zippered compartment is a long space which is perfect for holding folded documents, passport, and/or more bills. Mostly I wore the money belt on the outside of my clothing because it fits close to the body. Occasionally I found myself in a situation, where I deemed it best to pull my top over it to conceal it. The money belt fabric is sturdy. It will soften up a bit as you wear it but remain sturdy. Zippers functioned well and held up just fine.I love, love, LOVE this money belt! Not only great for traveling, but for vending at festivals, for shopping, and for a night out dancing!

I've had other money belts in the past. Eagle Creek, Austin House, SevenBlu and Pacsafe. While all of the money belts I've had were good this one stands out because of the pocket sizes and ease of access to your money, cards, etc.. The last thing you need to be doing while getting into a money belt is fighting to get inside the pockets in a discreet way. This belt, for me, gives the best access with length of the zippers and pocket sizes. The quality appears to be comparable with other high quality belts and I can't see any design issues. The belt appears to lay very flat and I like the added unique feature of the material covering the clasp buckle (it gives that area just a little bit more added "smoothness"). The only characteristic that I don't like (and it's the same with all money belts that use 210D or 70D ripstop nylon) is the "crinkling" noise you sometimes get. I find the sand color to be the most neutral if you're wearing the belt under your clothing. I'll be using this belt on a 5 week North Africa and Eastern Europe trip later this year so I'll put it to the test. But for now it appears to satisfy all of my needs in a money belt.

Purchased this for an up coming trip, so I haven't used it yet.Received them on time and in excellent condition.Can't wait to use it and hopefully make it a 5 star purchase.

Used the Alpine Rivers Money Belt in an overseas trip and was it was surprisingly comfortable, lightweight but most importantly kept valuables safe with the RFID blocking feature.

Honestly, I have to say that this company gave the best customer service I've received on a product I've purchased from Amazon. But first, let me say that the money belt is excellent and I bought two of them for my husband and me. They arrived quickly and they seem to be high quality. We tried putting them on and they were comfortable. I'm guessing they'll stay comfortable after walking around Berlin and Prague because of the breathing material. The new RFID feature also gives us peace of mind. The pockets and key holder are all very useful.But back to the customer service...it really was the best. Part of the purchase included a "gift" of extra RFID covers for credit cards, passports, etc. and one of the belts did not have it inside. However, I was not concerned because I had already received a very impressive email from the company that wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I emailed the company (got the owner, I believe) and she answered me in lightning speed, apologized profusely (even though it was a gift), and sent us another bigger pack of RFID sleeves with 2-day air. So impressed! Thank you very much!

The quality and comfort of the item is great. It should be very durable.However I did not enjoy using it and switched to my fanny pack full time. Here is why.Convenience when traveling especially when going through airports. It kind of defeats the purpose of having it on if you have to take it off all the time when getting screened.It is also embarrassing showing my body to everyone..LOL It takes some work to put it back on and get it hidden. Using it for your passport and other frequently used items is also inconvenient. I constantly could not unzip the correct pocket to get what i needed because you need to do it sight unseen. So unless you are going to strap it to the outside of your clothing, defeating its true use, then you will struggle to use it. If you want to use is solely to hide you money, then I would recommend that. If you want fast access then use a Fanny Pack.

My first time traveling with a money belt and this product worked well. Rick Steves said on his website you will be surprised how quickly you get used to wearing one, and he was right. Minutes after putting it on each morning, I usually forgot all about it. It fit fairly sleekly and because I wore it with the pack in back rather than in front, it was barely noticeable. One thing I have to improve on is nothing to do with the belt. When wearing it switched around like that, under your clothes, if you do need get into to it, it's a pain to access. I did get pretty good at fishing out a credit card from behind my back, but it's easier to plan ahead and load your day bag or front pockets with whatever you may need from your money belt before going out. The point is not to have to get into it while you are out and about. My husband was not a fan and usually left his in the hotel safe when we had access to one, but that was not always an option. I chose to wear mine every day regardless. I did stop sleeping in it when I felt comfortable with our lodging situation. Overall I did travel with a little more peace of mind and less worry about pickpockets.

What I liked most about this was the pile of cash that you can carry and nobody knows. I had best results by having it secured to my side. Its well built and worth the money.

Produkt ist sehr leicht anzuziehen und praktisch unsichtbar sobald man es unter die Kleidung gibt. Super sicher Dank RFID-Schutz damit kein elektronischer Diebstahl zustande kommt. Inkludiert sind auch noch 7 'Protection Sleeves' die ebenfalls Kreditkarten und den Reisepass schützen. Ein Muss für Reisen!

There's nothing to complain about with this product.I used it every day on a business trip recently to Asia & have used it multiple times since -- It's comfortable and easy to hide beneath a t-shirt etc.The slightly hidden clip is a clever idea also, although obviously the waist strap could be cut if security is your reason for buying.Speaking of security, the RFD pouches are a nice touch for cards & passports etc, although a little impractical to remove cards from them regularly. However the front pouch is protected also which is an excellent little feature.The zips are solid and well made, they don't catch on the inside fabric and get stuck! The fabric is also a little water resistant, like a 'rip-stop' type fabric used for outdoor rucksacks etc. which helps to keep the content dry.Overall this is an excellent little travel accessory, providing sensible easy access to multiple items that are regularly needed whilst travelling.Thankyou - Happy Customer

This is a really great money belt! Bought it to take it on a three week journey to South-east Asia and it seems something I will happily be wearing whilst out there!I've tried it on empty under a t-shirt and you literally couldn't say it's there, even when I was sitting down or crunching my stomach. This was a big thing for me, as I wouldn't want a bulky man-bag under my T-shirt. Definitely not the look most people would go for!It's very thin and discreet, but also spacious and has inner pockets. Outside, the inner side is very soft and there are no sharp or irritating parts (you do get those plasticky bits or poor seams somewhere on the side which such things that can seriously irritate your skin). It looks really well-made outside and inside. Straps are again very soft and quit elastic, but nonetheless feel strong. Also, the buckles of the strap click slightly inside the actual money belt and you can hardly see them, which is a nice detail and so it's not that easy to open.It comes very nicely packaged and also contains passport slip and several payment card slips with RFID block, which should protect against unauthorised contactless use of your payment cards. I haven't tried that yet though.All in all it seems to be an excellent product for an outstanding price and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something safe but discreet.
