Reshma Femme Rich Conditioning Luminous Hair Color, Playful Plum, 2.12 Ounce

Didn't cover my grey hairs at all. It did give the rest of my hair a slightly purple hue, but not like I wanted. I think that may just be because of the color. I have used the red and burgundy before which gave me some fantastic highlights on the gray and lighter brown hairs. Dried it out a little, but I condition with olive oil regularly.

I used the playful plum and it didn’t turn plum-it turned black.It also stinks very very bad even after several washes.A friend of mine said to rinse with vinegar to help with the smell so I’ll try that next time.

I like this, I have thick, dry hair that tends to friz up. Although i only colored it about every six months I wanted to give it a break and try something natural. I really love this. Ive kept mine on for three hours and I'm pleased with the results. I'm giving it four stars because my color had no traces of plum. It was a rich, dark brown which is fine. My hair was smoother and easier to manage.

I purchased the playful plum henna and it did absolutely nothing in the way of dyeing my hair. It is a great conditioner and loosened my curls nicely but I bought it for the pretty color that was advertised and was thoroughly disappointed. I mixed and let it sit overnight and the next day. 24 hours later I applied it and let it set on my hair overnight and the color did not stick. It didn't even look purple when I mixed it. It was a greenish brownish hue. I sat under the dryer for two hours with a plastic cap and a plastic cap for the rest of the night. I can say that my hair feels stronger and it is easier to manage with the help of henna. I will stick to the natural highlights henna from now on because it is the only guaranteed natural version that actually works.

Smelled like alfalfa for weeks after using this product, but that's to be expected with henna. The process was very messy and very time consuming, so hope you're up for a challenge if you're going to use it. It did make my hair darker, but there was no Plum tone whatsoever. I added coffee to the mix as suggested to enhance the color, but I can't tell if it helped. The previously lightened portions of my hair ended up having a green tint after about a week. Pretty disappointed in the overall effect of the product. Won't be using again, I've switched to Herbatint.

Well it certainly isn't a plum color it barely even turned my hair a slightly darker shade of brown. I left it in for two hours so there should be a bit more of a noticeable change. This didn't even cover my greys. I've used henna before and absolutely loved the results but this was pretty disappointing.

I followed all the instructions and ended up with my hair a murky brownish color..It should be renamed Caveman brown. My daughter complained of the smell.
