TERRIBLE QUALITY! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! POCKETS NOT STITCHED ONAbsolutely mortified with the whole experience purchasing this item. Not once would it ever have occurred to me to check that the pockets were stitched onto the garment! Naturally upon arrival I tried it on and within 5 minutes my 3 month old phone was shattered leaving me with a £190 screen and back replacement bill. Never has it occurred to me that I should check that the bottoms of the pockets were actually stitched on! Phone slid straight out onto a concrete floor. I emailed the seller after my phone was repaired through amazon informing them of the situation in which I received a stock "sorry to hear that, please return within 7 days.." followed by "DO NOT use Collect+ to return the parcel to us as their parcels are going missing in the post without being delivered to us.", then informed me to use Royal mail 2nd and informed me that would cost £3.10.I had to then forward a copy of proof of postage once the item was received by the factory so they could refund £3.10. Then await a further refund of the original amount (so long as the item was returned within a "clean state WITHIN 7 days" using their chosen returns method, providing a certificate of postage, awaiting postal refund and then awaiting refund number 2 for the item once it had been inspected by the warehouse. For a start I can't even guarantee a 7 day return due to the current covid crisis, could take up to 5 days longer affording to the Royal mail website meaning I wouldn't even get a refund under the sellers terms.After paying out £190 for my phone to be fixed £3.10 refund isnt something ill be emailing back and forth for. What made me see red was the way in which I was instructed not to use use a standard method of return, pay 2nd class Royal mail (not go through amazon standard returns) and send over a certificate of postage within 7 days.Reading amazon return policy I have until the 31st of January and I'm free to use the return method of my choice. I'm certainly not going to jump through hoops and do the return outside of amazon within the sellers time schedule after they sent me a garment with pockets that weren't even stitched causing £190 worth of damage.Avoid at all costs!!

This is so soft and cosy! Verging on a bit too hot for my husband!? My husband's 5ft11 and very muscley. The L/XL is big on him. Good size hood and very warm. Brilliant value, good quality and arrived quickly

This dressing gown is good for the money. The material it is made of is good. its overall design is good though, it has these 2 ribbon straps on it that are completely useless. 1 attached to the right side lapel and the other inside, attached to the left seem. These 2 straps are obviously designed to allow you to tie the front right side of the gown across your body. Considering the 2 straps do not even line up it is very awkward and uncomfortable to do this. You also find that these 2 straps are continuously getting in the way and annoying you. You end up trying to cut them off...I feel these 2 completely usesell straps have been put on the gown so the consumer feels we are boying a better product. in fact the money spent on this extra waste of material would have been better spent on adding a little more cloth to the bottom hem of this gown...

I'm 6foot 3 and 13 stone so relatively slim.. I'm a large size in everything usually. When the large gown came it was too short on the arms and was also damaged so I sent it back and requested a 2xl. When that came the arm length is perfect but it's far to baggy around the waist and under the arms... (sigh) however it does keep you warm and the weather is absolutely Baltic so I just can't afford to send it back. I will keep it because it's warm.... oh and the hood on both sizes including 2xl is absolutely TINY... I'll just go to Matalan in future!!

Product is not real michael paul. Also sizing is incorrect. Medium is not medium it is also large. So if you are expecting a medium get a small as this would most likely be a medium based on my experience. Threads have started to come off the item which happened on first time of wearing. It was cheaper than othrr buy not sure about it so far. Also it is extremely warm as stated by others. Which can be good in some scenarios but terrible in others.

This was a Christmas purchase, I bought this because I wanted a gown that was long near to the ground. Although this did not 100% touch the ground it's probably one of the longest gowns I've been able to find. It's very warm and provides a lot of comfort however I find the RRP price a tad mis-leading as this defiantly does not feel like it would be worth -£55.00 however for the price I did actually pay I would say it's a reasonable price. I recommend this dressing gown but would advise you to get a bigger size then what you would need.

The material for this dressing gown is super soft and fluffy but still maintains an element of manliness. My partner really loves the fit and it comes to a good length on his legs - around his knees. He's 6"4. He says it's really comfy and warm. The fabric feels of good quality and feels as though it would last. I would definitely recommend this product, good value for good quality. The only downside is potentially in the shape of the hood, it's slightly pointed instead of rounded which looks a little odd once up.
