Ripped off again!
These are NOT 20 oz cups, and the quality is so so... too much of a hassle to return. 2nd time this happened. The money I pay for Amazon Prime is no longer worth it to me if they can't ensure the sellers are advertising truthfully. Ugh!!

Larger than you are expecting.
These are large cups. You probably are wanting the 16 oz. These 20 oz are fine if you want a tall unstable cup filled with scalding hot liquid. 20 oz of liquid disaster awaits.

Very low quality. Collapse in your hand when holding. Could not be returned - Ineligible!!!!
