I have been taking these for a year and a half now because they were the vitamin brand being sold at my Wellness Clinic. They have since changed their carried brands but I stuck with this buying it on Amazon because I have no issues taking it and I had experienced issues taking other brands in the past. They literally melt in your mouth or can be easily swallowed without issue. The size is small and the taste reminds me of berries, but pleasant sweet, not tart. I have noticed a huge change in my energy level, as well as, the health of my skin, hair, and nails too. I would definitely recommend to women over 40+and the price point is very reasonable for the amount you get as well and sometimes Amazon puts them on flash sale so look for the savings, which for me is usually right around refill time! They are normally around $20 regularly, but on sale, run about $13.

The small cherry flavored tablet fits under my tongue and dissolves in a short period of time. I have not experienced any after taste, no upset stomach and it is sugar free and gluten free. I take the B-12 tablets mainly for extra energy.

Work great Very easy to take and taste good

I use this all the time for my daily B-12 requirement as a vegan. It can be dissolved in tea, smoothies, water, or taken as-is. The flavor is great. The health benefits are tremendous and the dosage is adequate. LOVE!
