I had been looking for a BBQ and came across this product. easy to use and clean. its a vertical design, therefore be prepared for the gravity pull :) the skewers are designed flat and twisted to hold the chunks, but anything soft will slip down for sure, will need to hold up adding some wedges of vegetables. difficult to grill brocolli, mushroom due to the skewer design. There could have been a temperature control or simple switch of/on button on the unit, but it has to be switched off from the plug. you need to cut the chunks in proper size so that they don't collide into each other during the grill. skewers revolve that ensures chunks are cooked evenly. Overall, great product for a small BBQ.

Not working after 6 months

I have used it only once since the date of purchase. The experience has been quite satisfactory. It is a good product. Easy to use and clean. The only problem was that the food pieces will gradually slide down the skewer; but that is not the seller's fault. The designer of the product should improve the product by providing suitable stoppers to arrest the slide. I used small binder clips to solve the issue.

If you are BBQ lover, then you should buy this , given its facility and ease of use

Why AMAZON QC team is sleeping these days , they need to check the high value product before sending to there loyal customer if they can't check the product then bye bye amazon we don't want to waste time and energy by sending damaged product … this was not expected by AMAZON at least.

Received defective product. When we plug on the device, we have seen that there is 220 volt electricity in whole body of the device. Seller must sell/send goods to customers after necessary checking by competent persons/electricians. Otherwise it may take life of the customer.
