Well made, easy to use, really useful angled head, great safety locks, it’s just perfect for the kitchen and outdoor cooking. But also many other applications. It’s sturdy when it’s standalone on continuous jet. Only got it today, cooked and had to weld a pipe.. superb, I just love it, may get another. It’s just so much better than others I’ve had before, that would leak or fail. Love the automatic safety lock feature.Just a little bit bigger than I expected but otherwise a pretty nice product worth the price. Nice finish as well. Overall Good quality product.

This is a solid built item. Had a little trouble filling it with butane but managed in the end. Very powerful flame. Would highly recommend. Made me giggle that the instructions said it could be used for dental work.

Just received mine yesterday. Filled it with Newport Ultra Purified butane. I let it settle for 20 minutes and It worked properly for one minute. Then it turned into a flame-thrower with yellow flames shooting at least 20 cm on the low setting. This device is EXTREMELY dangerous and should be recalled before someone is badly injured! Multiple reports now so you are fully aware.If you have one I suggest you stop using it as mine went from perfect to flame-thrower in a matter of 1 second. Had my wife and children been using it to finish browning their dessert, it would have been tragic as the flame is 20cm - 30cm on the low setting. I was outside sorting out how to operate it when the flame became uncontrolled. I was locked open and I was able to drop it in my Big Green Egg while I retrieved my fireproof gloves. I don't startle easily but this took me by surprise. I'm glad it was me and that I was outside. VERY DANGEROUS! RECALL THIS DEVICE!
