BAK PCFR6 ProCaps Truck Bed Rail Cap

We bought a set to install on our Ford Ranger before installing our Tonneau Cover. By following the directions it was easy to install and they fit perfectly. The tape really does hold. They look beautiful with our Tonneau Cover.

They could be made a lot better. The tape was put on sloppy on one. The drivers side cover is cut wrong and needs to be replaced. I am contacting the manufacturer to see if they can replace it.Installation was fairly quick and simple. I did it myself but really could have used a helper.

This rail cap DOES NOT FIT a 2006 Ford Ranger, STX, 6' styleside bed despite what Amazon website still claims.

The caps look good but Amazon sent me a used item. The caps have double sided tape to hold them to the pickup and one of the caps they sent had the protecive tape removed, the caps were stuck together, and they were not in the protective plastic sleeve that the manufacturer originaly used (The sleeve was just jammed into the packing box). Obviously someone had returned the item and Amazon did not inspect it before reselling it to me.I did get the caps unstuck and the tape looks sticky enough to work but I expect better from Amazon.

Purchased this product but found product images to be misleading! Images show a 3-piece rail liner product but only the 2 side rails are included, there is no tailgate liner!! Don't know if this posting is an Amazon mislead or done by the manufacturer/distributor but be aware THIS IS ONLY A 2-PIECE ITEM!Other then this misleading issue, the rails fit nice, are nice looking and I don't know whether this is unique to the car model I have but the rails are wider them most other rails I've seen out there, thereby providing more surface area protection.

Really great custom fit and easy to install. I might add to follow the simple cleaning instructions before installation and if you are a first timer, have someone with you to help line things up and pull tape strips. When it's set in place, it stays there. BTW you do need to get the "tailgate" cap separately.

Great fit, looks, and price. Beware though, the picture does not show that for the Ford Ranger, these caps only come with the ribbed finish, they are not smooth like the picture shows.

I did not get on the truck yet. I need to get the tailgate cap yet. it is on the way here. I will do it soon.
