Good arch support. Not meant for cushion

Purchased for my husband on the advice of his foot doctor. He wears a size 12 shoe and the inserts fit well in his shoes without trimming them. The doctor suggested the Power Step Original because my husband has a high arch. Hubby says they feel good and are comfortable!

I have these in another pair of tennis shoes. The pad works great and helps me preventing another bout of heel pain.

For me, the arch area was just too stiff. I wore them for a couple days hoping they would compress somewhat, but they didn't. I may try to modify them, but haven't had time yet.
