Hutch itself is nice, but OMG company sucks
Product itself is a good value and good buy. We used it for indoor and got a big piece of wood cut to place under is so our bunny wouldn't pee or poop on our floor. It's pretty easy to put together, but there are little flaws in the wood so every now and again it's hard to get a screw through. Instructions aren't written in words step by step. They're illustrated. They're easy for my husband to follow, but not to myself. The smell of the wood was very pleasant when we took it out of the box. The coloring is a bit darker than the pictures. Top of roof is very rough and should hold up outside very nicely. It's a nice size for one rabbit, but I wouldn't put two in there. The enclosed house part (the 2nd level) comes slightly over my 2 year old daughters head. The enclosed wire part comes up to her chest and armpit. She's 35 inches tall. The inside of the house part has some little rod in it that we have no idea what it's for. The drawer is off kilter on the grooves/track it slides into. There's no way to hang the food or water in the housing part. You have to alter it yourself in order to do it. (Our bunny likes to knock over food and water if it's not hanging or up off the ground.)The issue I had was I paid $50 extra for expedited shipping. They shipped the day before I was supposed to receive it. They used some crappy delivery service (OnTrac) who did not even attempt to deliver and marked it as the wrong address. We tried to contact the seller who took 24 hours to contact us back so we contacted Amazon who told us we needed to contact the seller. They assisted, but the seller basically said it wasn't their issue. They had mailed it out and I needed to contact the shipper. This shipper (OnTrac) is a well known horrendous delivery service. Only reason I actually got the package was because the van was driving up the street and I flagged the driver down. They weren't even going to stop at my house. There was also a signature required on the item for some dumb reason. We will never buy from this company again.

Great product for the price!
I love this little house for my bunny. He has plenty of room to move around inside and seems to be much happier than he was in his other cage.It was super easy to put together and only took an hour from start to finish. The wood is very soft so you have to be careful when picking it up or moving it, but should be fine as long as you're careful. My only complaint about this hutch is that it is not easy to clean.**Note** We live in an apartment, so I have a hard plastic bottom that I set the hutch on top of to save my floors. I know this is not the intended way to use this hutch, so I'm not going to make a big deal about it, but I do want to mention it incase anyone plans to use it the same way. That being said, the doors are pretty small and make it hard to get a broom and dustpan inside to clean, so I have to prop the hutch up on one side and sweep underneath in sections. I know the top section has the pull out tray, but my bunny makes a mess out of the whole hutch, so the tray is irrelevant for me. I also left the roof unscrewed so that it's easier to get inside to clean. I may eventually end up buying some hinges to put on the roof, but for now it's fine.Overall I'm very happy with this hutch, I would just suggest they make some additional entry points to make it easier to clean.

Great Rabbit House!
We currently have this pet house set up for a mini rex rabbit. We've laid some vinyl flooring planks down and covered it with rugs beneath it.The assembly is for this house is very simple and straightforward. The holes are all pre-drilled and it comes with all the hardware that you need to install it. You do need to provide your own tools, though. Everything is light but sturdy. The one issue I've had with this product is pretty much entirely my own fault. It's clear that this is meant to be set up and then left alone. However, I've moved it a few times because of how I had the product set up (the litter box was beneath the main house enclosure) and this caused the ramp to break loose and come off. Because our rabbit loves to jump, this hasn't actually been a problem though. Because this is my own fault, though, I can't mark the product down. One other thing to mention is that there is an odor that comes from this for the first little while. It doesn't smell like natural wood, so I'm not entirely sure what it was, but it was strong. I imagine this is also more meant for outdoor use, so the odor was more noticeable in our house than it would be outside. Leaving our windows open for a couple of days successfully aired it out and the odor hasn't been noticeable since. The locks, hinges, and doors all work as you would expect them to. The tray in the main house enclosure is great, too, because it makes for very easy cleanup whenever our rabbit has a little bit of an accident. The chicken wire is secured tightly and everything is just very well built. Even the ramp that we had trouble with still withstood a lot of abuse before finally giving in and even that seems like I could repair it if I just sat down with it. Typically, we keep all the doors open so the rabbit can come and go as pleases, but she still spends a good amount of time in the house by her own choice.Overall, I highly recommend this house for any small animal that likes to climb or hop.

Good house for small rabbit
Good house for small rabbit. We have a large rabbit that's about 6 months old. He outgrew it in about 3 months. Now he spends most of the time trying to get out, which means eating and scratching the wood. He ate through so much of the ramp that it fell off and we had to throw it away (what was left of it). We keep it in the house, so he isn't able to dig under to get out. He has almost chewed through all the support that holds the window in. The only thing I can really complain about is the size of the dump tray. If you put very much fluff in it and he potties up there, it's hard to get it out. We actually got a litter box for him and put it near the door, which works out well, because now he goes there instead of the tray. Other than the small tray and our crazy animal trying to eat the entire house, we're very pleased with the purchase, the price of it, and the ease of putting it together. Our 8 year old and 6 year old did most of the work.
