Everything but audio. Don't buy it.
Dongle is ok on first glance but does NOT work. You have to install their CSR drivers to make it work BEFORE you plug it in.Once that's done the fun begins:It is a pervasive bluetooth driver for file transfer etc...This means EVERYTHING gets a bluetooth function added whether you want to or not.And finally, for the toast of the evening:Flash video, streaming music, anything to do with playing audio to a bluetooth headset... gets the video double timed and the sound playing normal speed. And the d*** thing buffers. That means that if you start a youtube playlist, you watch one, two , three videos, then you pause and your headset keeps playing for 15 20 minutes, volume changes take just as long to register.Move along. Find another.

Flaky, ugly software
Installed without the included CD in Windows 10, and it was set up and operating in seconds. I recommed this because the driver CD has a host of tack-on programs that get installed with the driver. I prefer to use the tools already built into Windows 10.Works great with my Photive BTH3 headset. The microphone isn't always connected (happens with my laptop's integrated Bluetooth so it isn't an adapter issue) but aside from that every other BT device or function works brilliantly.Added later the same day:I've tried this using both the default Realtek CSR 8510 A10 driver in the Windows 10 database, a downloaded version from Softmedia, and the driver CD, and my Photive BTH3 can only play audio over the mono 8KHz "Hands-free" renderer, not the full 44.1KHz/48KHz stereo band the "Headphones" support. This issue does not occur on my laptop's native BT transceiver, or my cell phone. No luck yet getting the mic to work, either. Score may bounce back to 5 if I can find a solution (which I will post here).Added later again, when I should be in bed:OK, up above, when I said ignore the driver CD with Windows 10? Ignore that suggestion to ignore.Install the software with the device UNPLUGGED from your computer. When installing, just use the SETUP autorun, it will determine which driver set (32-bit or 64-bit) you need. Once it is done, plug the dongle into it's new home, and give a few seconds for the driver to load the CSR tool. Now, set your headphones to pairing mode, go to your toolbar (far right of the taskbar, next to clock, little bottomless triangle pointing up in Windows 7, 8.x, 10), right click the Bluetooth icon (stylized white B over blue oval), click "Add Bluetooth Device", and then from the pop-out select "Audio/Video Device". The pairing will take several seconds, and you will see status popups as the device is ID and set up in the Windows device set.Next, right click the same Bluetooth icon, and select "My Bluetooth Devices". When you find your headphones, right click and Open Services, then right click "Handsfree Profile" and DISABLE! Now you can select the Bluetooth Audio Renderer in your playback devices as the default device and play away.08/26/15 - FINAL VERDICTThis adapter is not designed for audio, and the CSR8510 has a reputation in the home development arena (Linux) as a product to avoid. It only functions well with a select few speakers and headsets in the high-quality stereo field, and it cannot use multiple profiles at the same time (e.g. "handsfree headset" and "headphone") due to software limitations, or possibly it just can't do it hardware wise. BT4.0 is far wider than is needed for multiple profiles; consider a modern smartphone that can play music to your headphones, send a file to a notebook PC, and take voice commands from a headset mic all at the same time.If all you need is data handling functions or a handsfree device, this is fine. But if you are wanting audio, caveat emptor! You may be fine, or you may end up where I am.I've opted for a more expensive BT4.0 Class 2 device based on a more powerful BroadCom transciever: Oduo Lync-it 4.0 USB Bluetooth Adapter - Compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista Looks like you get what you pay for. Sending this one back.
