Underwear is to high and the pad is to low below the opening

They are good enough that I can go places and not worry too much and that's good and I bought some more of them. But they are "waterproof" which also means that crotch sweat does not evaporate, so that area gets moist even without leakage.

My husband had treatment for prostate cancer which left him with some bladder control issues. He absolutely refused to "wear a diaper" and said he'd rather just die and get it over with if that was the only solution. I found these, and his life instantly changed for the better. Since they are washable, and look more or less like the underwear he usually wears, they were perfectly acceptable to him, and they work beautifully. No problems at all since he's been wearing these, and we are both quite pleased we found them.

I like them and have to have them. I would given them higher marks except they don't keep the moisture from soaking through and wetting my trousers but they keep the moisture away from my body parts.

It was perfect for what I need it for. Although it looks like it is a little tight for a waist size 33, but let's see after it is washed several times. But I liked it and it came in on time as expected.

No. The waist band stretched out within a month. The waist band separated from the main underwear . The pants would fall off before my husband could drop his pants and reach for them. Poorly made. Would not recommend to anyone for any reason .

These briefs are extremely comfortable, well made and effective. They have held up well to multiple washing and drying cycles, clearly better than any previous briefs.

Have used this product in the past and was very satisfied. The previous briefs had a plastic panel on the front which this one didn't and liquid leaked through onto clothes.
