Quality?
Very bright lights so visibility is not a concern. However, for the money I would expect something a bit better built. Mine was defective out of the box with only one half of the LED strip working. Chromeglow was great about issuing a refund, although an exchange would have been nice.The bracket it mounts to is a very flimsy cheap plastic, and the tubing that covers the lights is also a bit on the cheap side it seems. I can't imagine this item holding up very well from long term exposure. I think a metal bracket would have been the better way to go with this item, especially for the cost.

Overpriced. Worked great so far 90 days on the bike
Works great but over priced. Needs a competitor to make somthing similar for half the price.

Kind of pricey and not super well built
Kind of pricey and not super well built. It's an LED strip on some plastic. I mounted below my license. Easy to wire.

Moisture inside light
Few of the LEDs went out. Also the frame lighting gotten moisture inside. I think that blew the lights out.
