Raw Organic Fermented Probiotic Sauerkraut, "Golden" Variety [Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Probiotic] 16oz Glass Jar by Wise Goat Organics

I ordered several products from Wise Goat Organics and have enjoyed all of them - three flavors of sauerkraut and the red beet and gold beet kvass. I’ve found their prices to be very reasonable for such a high quality product. I personally like the salty, sour taste of these products and the fact that they contain probiotics that promote a healthy body. Note to the person whose review said the sauerkraut had leaked, was rotten and he/she threw it away, I suggest learning about probiotic foods might be helpful. These are live foods and they come with instructions explaining that some leakage is normal and the quality of the product is not adversely affected.

Really, really good! This will be my go to sauerkraut from now on. I was pleasantly surprised how amazing this tastes! I got it to improve my gut health, but was not prepared to love eating it so much. I love that it is in a glass jar, so I don’t have to worry about any micro plastics.

I'm a Probiotic Sauerkraut convert! The devastating gastric illness, CDifficile, (a reaction to the antibiotic Augmentin) took seven months out of my life last year. Now this recovering sugar addict has discovered a whole new world of awakening taste buds and good health for the first time ever. This stuff is absolutely yummy! I like the red beet but the Raw Golden (Ginger Turmeric, etc) is out of this world. Before it arrived, I thought I might have to simmer it in white wine to enjoy it -- NOT AT ALL. As is, right out of this nice glass jar, it is absolutely DELICIOSO!

I recommend it, it tastes like home made and great quality.

This is the best tasting sauerkraut I have ever had. Some complain that the jar is overfilled and explodes when you open it. Easy fix is to put it in the fridge and get it cold before you open it. No explosion at all. I just love this stuff.
