I cant speak highly enough of this product. We use it for our kids, dogs, chickens, sheep, etc. you name it. Obviously try not to get cuts, but if you do, keeping them clean is a must to prevent secondary infection. No burning like a lot of antiseptic, other cleansers, and it just plain works. Its a must to have on hand for wound care.

Great wound cleaner

I didn't get to immediately retrieve my package of 2 of these upon arrival. The package box had no filler material to prevent the bottles from tipping over and leaking. Fortunately the bottle caps were tight enough to prevent serious leakage but a void pack would have prevented any loss of product.

So happy I found this wound cleanser. I was using Microdacyn 60 which is absolutely amazing, but -sadly- only sold abroad. I think this Medline Skintegrity Wound Cleanser is the perfect replacement. Won't sting nor burn, but will prevent infection if used appropriately. The only thing that threw me off a little -or a lot- was that there's no seal or any other sort of protection to the dispenser of what is a sterile solution. The Microdacyn 60 has a seal you have to break open in order to use. But, so far so good. Will -most definitely- update, once my wounds heal. I'm using the Convatec Duoderm CGF Wound Dressings and cleaning my wounds with this solution using sterile gauze pads.UPDATE: April 6, 2018So, I've been using Medline Skintegrity Wound Cleanser and it -most definitely- has helped heal my wounds and keep them from getting infected. It is not irritating nor drying -quite the opposite- it soothes the fragile, new skin while cleaning it and helps keep it moisturized as well, which is important for healing. I just bought two more bottles today. So happy to have "listened" to the reviewers that recommended it!UPDATE: May 22, 2018I have to add to my review, I've ordered the Medline Skintegrity Wound Cleanser numerous times and every single time, the bottles are leaking. I keep buying it because I have no other choice and because it really does work, but it is too expensive to keep buying and lose one third of its contents. I've read many other reviewers making the same complaint. You would think the seller would care enough to fix this problem.

I love this product. We were originally recommended this after a surgery to keep the site clean as it slowly healed from the inside out. (Stitches were not an option.) I loved how effective it was and how it didn't cause any pain.I now keep a bottle in my medicine cabinet for all wound cleaning. From scrapes and abrasions to splinters and blisters. It doesn't cause any stinging or burning like the wound cleaners of my childhood and the spray nozzle is wonderful at gently flushing wounds clean. It's even helped flush gravel out of a large abrasion from a bicycle accident.A must in your medicine cabinet!

I have a wound on my foot that became infected. It got really bad and tendon was exposed. I had surgery for wound cleaning. I even had a wound vac for awhile and while that helped some it left my foot wet and the good skin that was left got very thin. The nurses used regular saline to rinse and clean when they did bandage changes and I was getting discouraged because week after week there was no change.I found this wound wash when ordering bandage supplies and thought, what the heck I’ll give it a try. To everyone’s amazement my wound started to heal, it actually looked clean and the measurements were going in the right direction. The area over the tendon healed and the skin was looking fantastic! If you have a wound give this wash a try you will be amazed at how quickly it heals the area. I’m actually going to heal because of this!!! Thank you isn’t enough but it’s all i have so .... THANK YOU for this product. Run don’t walk to order it!
